Room a bit small.

It had what we needed. Hotel was sorrounded by restaurants. It was close to the Roma Termini station and the staff was very helpful to explain the map and how to get to the tourist attractions. Nothing

Nice location None

Nothing Very unconventional hotel… too many stairs … bathroom too small … overpriced

Bathroom is tiny but it’s okay

Great staff. Room and bathroom a bit small. Overall good value for money.

Staff were very nice, great price and location Washroom could have been a little cleaner
-
It was just what I needed for a quick overnight stay in Rome near the train station.

Sometimes you feel like your neighbors are in the same room as you, that’s how thins the wall are. Also, the price tag is way too high for a 2 star hotel. Even though it’s generally a good hotel - still quite expensive.

I liked the staff!

The room just nice, affordable and clean The bathroom a bit small but still fine Good location with easy access to get public transport, near to the shop

Not breakfast included

The hotel was old and wasn't as exactly we expected it.Although the neighborhood was a bit weird but we didn't face any unsafe situation.Summarizing if you want a hotel to just spend the night is great don't expect anything luxurious.

clean, nice, staff, comfortable light in bathroom was broken. My stay was too short to ask about it

Easy to find, staff welcoming Nothing

It’s good including all what you need, even a machine to get some snake and coffee Everything but it’s not safe at all, on my last night someone was drunk and come on my door tying to open it multiple times, there’s no phone inside room and nothing to do, till 2AM and a lot of noise as there is a ketchen area shared between room, so it was a nightmare for me!

The location, staff, bed, towels, AC, and quality of the toilet paper is good. The location, staff, bed, towels, AC, and quality of the toilet paper is good. BUT. The walls are NOT sound proof, we can constantly hear people talking and things dropping. The shower is kinda bad, there is no door for the stand up shower, just a weak curtain, so the bathroom floor gets wet easy. The shower head holder was weak, dropped a few times and sprayed water everywhere. There is some sort of smell in the hotel that we are unsure of, either from the humidity or the sheets or just the hotel in general. They only give 2 small packs of 2in1 (shampoo/body wash), and when you request more they only give you 2-3 packs for 2 people who have long hair and greasy sunscreen on because of the Rome heat. It’s not a bad location but with the prices they charge, it’s not really worth it.

Staff was very nice. I was given a map of the city and they gave me some nice tips of what to visit in Rome. Water kettle can be provided on request. Room comes with a handy little fridge, and overall no major complaints about my stay. To access the lift there were couple of small staircases that u have to tackle before getting access to the actual lift. It was a little tough with a large heavy suitcase, but at least there was a lift. There is no sign to indicate do not disturb/please clean. I probably would've preferred not to have my room cleaned in cases where I have valuables lying around, but there's no sign to indicate to the cleaning lady not to enter the room. Of course, no valuable belongings were taken and probably you can make a request at reception, but it would be a nice addition as it's quite a basic thing most hotels would have.
