We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Lunetta in Rome. The staff stood out from the moment we arrived — friendly, genuinely happy to help, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The interior is gorgeous: luxurious but with a clean, understated elegance that feels refined rather than fussy. Our room was a highlight, especially the bathroom, which was spacious and immaculate with double sinks and a fantastic shower. The bed was wonderfully comfortable too — exactly what you want after a long day exploring the city. We'd happily return and recommend it without hesitation. Only minor thing: the prosecco we ordered came warm rather than chilled. Easily fixed, and didn't take away from a great stay.

The bathroom was a good size , the break was excellent as was the location, lots of good restaurants and the hotel manager made good recommendations. I would be nitpicking.

The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet, in a nice location, and included a lovely breakfast bar. We were able to walk to most attractions easily. Several restaurants and a market were nearby for easy dining. The Termini train station is 40+ minute walk, would recommend a ride.

The room was quite small, hard to maneuver around the bed; and there was no place to put clothing other than a small hanging closet.

The absolute best location in Rome. So convenient to everything. A safe and beautiful part of town. The staff, especially Roberto were so incredibly kind, helpful, and generous! They upgraded us to a junior suite because it was my birthday :) Very much appreciated! We were greeted with water, cappuccinos, wine, whatever we wanted. Breakfast was super!!!! Roberto gave us a great recommendation to a nice restaurant for my birthday as well as calling us a cab very quickly when we needed one to get to the train station. Overall, everything was great, very clean and comfortable! The shower was so tiny, you could not move around so it was a bit difficult. The rooftop terrace was small but nice.
