Lovely property and comfortable, spacious room. Jasmine was in full bloom and the hotel is nestled in a lovely garden in a quiet area. Close to Borghese gardens and lots of museums. Great breakfast. Would happily stay here again

The room was a good size, bright and clean and tastefully furnished. Location a little outside of the tourist bubble, which we liked. Near the Borghese garden. Large spread for breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful place, love the whole staff, also it is in a quiet zone so can relax but there’s a station like a 10 minutes walk so your good, food was great

Staff was great and very attentive Property was fine. Just wish it was south of Borghesi park so as to make walking to other sites a little easier

Everything was perfect, staff was amazing and the room as well. The breakfast was super good and very high quality. Location is in a very calm spot, not so far away from the main touristic areas. Staff gave us some very great recommendation for the rest of our trip in Italy which is very kind from them. Would not hesistate to go back !! Nothing

Clean, beautiful garden, silence. I loved the location because I rented a scooter and I was moving around quickly otherwise taxi are right in front but are expensive since it is located in Parioli and is a little far walking. Great breakfast and aperitive time. Nothing.

This property is very pretty. It appears to have been a private residence that was converted into a boutique hotel in a beautiful neighborhood in Rome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! The only downside was the number of steep steps you have to climb to get to the lobby and descend to get down to the room. It was tough with heavy luggage but the staff helped us.

the location offers bus routes to the city which is higly unrealible.

The breakfast was really great! There was a large selection of choices and everything was really good. The hotel is in a nice little area of the city, right next to a large park. The grounds and inside of the hotel are clearly cared for and look beautiful. The rooms had a few bugs from the garden but otherwise were very clean. We arrived to this hotel for a 2 day stay. On the second day, which was a Saturday, we stopped by the hotel at around 17:00 to take a break. We see that there is a private event going on and the staff tells us that there is a party happening. Since it's pretty early we don't pay any mind since we left the hotel for the day anyway. We come back from the city at around 22:30 and were tired because we had to wake up at 5:30 for a flight in the morning. We come back realize that the party is still going on. The owner was having a celebration in the garden directly outside of our room! It sounded like the speakers were inside our room with the windows and blinds closed and it was impossible to sleep! I tried to talk to the staff multiple times who kept telling me it was almost over, which was a lie because the event ended around 1:00 in the morning. They refused to turn down the music or compensate us in any way besides ordering us a taxi to the airport in the morning. I asked to speak to the owner and the staff told me they were coming but after 15 minutes of waiting no one showed. I have never been so disrespected in a hotel in my life and highly do not recommend this hotel unless you are prepared to stay up on weekends (we heard from some other guests that there was another party a few days earlier).

Beautiful grounds, reception/dining area and rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was extremely clean and housekeeping did an outstanding job every day. The bathroom was modern and everything worked well. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The neighborhood, while beautiful, was more residential. This makes for a quiet and peaceful stay, but be aware it's a good walk to the classic tourist destinations. That said, the National Gallery of Modern Art and Borghese Park are very close and amazing to visit. The Parioli neighborhood is beautiful and posh, but it lacks the instant access to coffee bars, street food and shopping that other Rome neighborhoods have. It's not really a drawback for me, but more of something for other guests to be aware of.

Little piece of heaven, in the middle of the city Nothing

The villa is very dreamy, our room in the superior floor had high ceilings, the room and bathroom was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and made delicious aperols, we loved the breakfast selection as well as the salmon omelette. Also the Villa Borghese park next to it - the most lovely park in Rome. It's a little bit stupid to say this but in the morning we couldn't sleep because of the birds chirping:) If the room and windows had better insulation, the villa would have been the perfect stay in Rome. Also we had some issues with public transport to get downtown and back to the hotel, maybe it was because of Easter weekend or maybe that's the way the public transport in Rome operates by default. But it wasn't that far away.
