Comfortable accommodations. Nicely appointed rooms with tasteful & updated decor. Staff was knowledgeable and attentive. Centrally located to all of Rome attractions for tourists and locals. Nothing!

Great location, rooms are very nice and clean, and staff went above and beyond. Without any mention on our part they noticed it was my sister’s birthday and sent us a gift to the room. Breakfast has a lot of good options too.

A rare find boutique hotel. An updated facility in a charming old-style building, the bedroom and bathroom all well organized and easy to move around. Excellent buffet breakfast. The location is super convenient, too.

Centrally located hotel, with comfortable & clean rooms. THe room was spacious and had a lot of light. The breakfast was great and all the staff were pretty kind & helpful. Nothing, all was great

We stayed two nights at the Hotel Mascagni and one night at Mascagni Suites.Apparently the suites are separate from Hotel Mascagni but seem to be managed together, with the same front desk and an easy 1-minute walk between buildings. The room was very clean, modern, and more spacious than the hotel rooms. We had a high-floor room with a great view. I also appreciated the updated features like digital key access and reliable air conditioning. The shower was large and spotless. Breakfast was excellent at both properties, with fresh pizza, omelets/scramble eggs and bread daily, and the selection changed a bit each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing major. I initially didn’t realize I had booked the suites instead of the hotel, but that was my own oversight and everything worked out perfectly.

The beds very small

Really comfortable stay with a very clean and quiet room. Bathroom was large and had a great shower. Breakfast was very good with made to order coffee.

The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. Housekeeping comes every day and even changes all the towels without needing to be asked, which shows great attention to detail. The breakfast is also fantastic — there is a wide variety of options, and new items are offered daily, which keeps it fresh and exciting. Overall, I highly, highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and big. Beautiful view of the street. Staff were welcoming and nice. It was raining and the hotel provided us umbrella. Breakfast was ok. The orange juice didn't look natural one! Location was ok, close to the metro and bus stations.

The tax charges which were included in the amount when booking through booking.com. I extended my stay but was not informed on the daily charges although they mentioned the total amount to pay in advance

It was a lovely cosy hotel, our room was a couple of doors away from the main hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised when we came back to the hotel room and on the table there was a bottle of prosecco complimentary from the hotel as it was my husband's birthday. They also sent a letter wishing my husband well. It was such a nice gesture and made us feel welcomed. Thank you to the afternoon/evening staff who did this and also for a pleasant check in :) Their breakfast was 1 of the best I have seen in all my holidays here in Italy! Lots of selection to choose from, friendly staff and taste good. The hotel room itself is pretty small but it's manageable for 2 person and for 2 nights. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and bed was comfy and we had a good night sleep despite noises from the street outside. We got the room facing the main street, so it can get quite noisy especially if an ambulance or police car pass by. In the morning, you can hear the noise of people going by the room especially if there are kids screaming..but that's not something the hotel can do anything about, just something to take note of :)
