Location is amazing despite the noise in the night from the bar. Staff are so friendly and helpful specially Giorgio he supported a lot. Nothing to say maybe the rooms lighting sensor was turning off if we are not moving in the room.

It’s very nice location it’s close to every thing and it’s a clean apartment , but they give me a different apartment from what I saw in the photo

We took an apartment that was clean, fully equipped, and very close to the Colosseum. But *Stephan *was an exceptional thing in the whole experience. He is very helpful and generous with his time. He gave us excellent suggestions to make the best of our short stay in Rome.

Comfortable and newly furnished. Good location, and very friendly and supportive staff. Considering the size of the hotel and the rooms, and breakfast is not included, it’s a bit pricey

This was the first visit to Rome as an adult for both my husband and myself. We traveled with our 2 teenagers and preteen from the USA. Location- the location was great for exploring Rome by foot. We walked everywhere, minus a quick uber early in the morning to the Vatican, but we walked the 2 mi back to the hotel from the Vatican no problem. I was surprised how close we were to the colosseum. The area was very cute with lots of restaurants and shops to wander. Room- The room was fantastic, we had a family suite. I couldn’t tell prior to booking if the family suite had a shower in the middle of the room like some of the pictures online showed. It did not. We had 3 beds, 2 queen beds and a twin, (my girls shared and the boy had the twin) and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast - was fantastic and set us up well to explore for the day. The chefs were so nice asking my kids what their favorite breakfast food was. We arrived late the first night and asked for a restaurant recommendation to get the gang fed quick before bed. We were referred to place just down the street which we ended up going to 3 of the 4 nights we were there! It was absolutely delicious and very well priced, we highly recommend it! Other reviews mention that it is loud and the bar next door that locals frequent. This is accurate, it is loud, there are a lot of people on the weekends. This did not bother us at all. We never felt unsafe and no one was ever unruly, the talking became white noise we fell asleep too. -don’t let reviews of the noise scare you off-you will be missing out on an amazing stay I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Very upbeat in a great part of town.

People from the next door pub are a really annoying, for those who are light sleeper like me, it’s not only annoying but a nightmare. The pub closes after 2am, but I couldn’t sleep the whole night, not a minute. It’s really painful. Shower in the room is another strange thing, I didn’t know it when room booked because the picture didn’t show it. We are a family with a teenager, who refuses to use the shower which is understandable. We end up a solution that having the rest not showering to stay in the bathroom until shower finishes. Smelling is another thing, the whole hotel has a wired smell, like it had sewage problem. I have stayed in two different rooms ( because of my complaint about the noise from the pub, they moved us to a different room not facing the street after two nights), both rooms have smells, it’s hard to describe, but very unpleasant. security is another concern. one day we came from outside, our door was not locked, another day when we came back, one door card ( not the one we had, we only had one) just dropped in front of our door, and when I used it, it could open our door. Although we had nothing lost, it could be that we didn’t have any thing valuable left in our room. Breakfast was minimal not much to choose from, and it hardly be able to find a clean class cup.

Only the location, but the unit is deep inside the complex. The unit was not the one we booked, it's noisy at night, no sound proof. Internet was HORRIBLE, not working at all, and the hotel's explanation was that it's provider's issue, nothing they can do, but we stayed two nights, it barely worked for the time we stayed. The power was off one night all of the sudden, and it interrupted our dinner plan, and it took the hotel almost an hour to come and resolve the issue. The linens sheets were ok but duvet was not clean and it had no cover. The apartment was described 2 mins away from main hotel building, but it's 3 mins according to Google map, and keep in mind that the road was all stone paved, and with luggage, it would take 5-10 mins, not accurate description. This place is definitely not 4 star hotel, at most 2 star.

The receptionist was extremely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth, and all our questions were answered with care, she ordered the taxi and arrived on time as we asked. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay — the service provided by Roman was outstanding. He was attentive, kind, and always smiling, which made our mornings start on a very positive note. Overall, the staff made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. A big thank you to the team for such a pleasant experience The air conditioning is centrally controlled and can only be adjusted by contacting reception, which can be inconvenient, especially during the night.

Overall a very pleasant and quirky fun property that was located centrally and made attractions very accessible. The room itself was situated in the building so that we had to take a very circuitous route to get to our room each day. Very comfortable, clean, spacious accommodation with GREAT beds !! :D BIG PROBLEM was my bedroom faced the alley where a garbage truck came in the middle of the night both nights and frequent traffic throughout the night went over a metal road grate that made staying asleep impossible. Were it not for this one problem, I would give it 5 stars!! Some attention to control for extreme nightly continuous noise in the one bedroom.

Nothing This was the worst hotel experience of my life. A complete misleading advertisement. I booked two rooms for four people, but the hotel placed us in an apartment at a completely different address, nothing like the photos shown on the website. The place was old and full of problems. When I took a shower, the bathroom flooded because the drain didn’t work, and then the toilet broke twice. The second time, since it was late at night, no one was available to fix it and we were left without a bathroom for 12 hours. When I tried to resolve the situation with the hotel, things only got worse. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They basically said the issue was Booking’s fault for showing the wrong photos and that they couldn’t do anything. On top of that, the receptionist, Ilaria, was extremely rude and clearly unprepared for a role that requires dealing with guests.

The location was great. And the place very comfortable, perfect for a long stay. I booked a 2 room apartment and only one bed was set up… the girl from the staff was in a bad attitude and suggested that I should use only one bed (I travelled with my best friend and the reason why we picked a 2 bedroom was to stay comfortable) also she told me check out was at 10 but in the description was listed 11. No water in the room either.

Apartment we had was really dirty and not cleaned well. With a good cleaning and a little update to few worn out places this would have been an excellent experience.
-
Super friendly staff, very nice room, super clean and quiet, despite the busy street. Especially liked the very polite man who serves breakfast. He was the most polite person in all of Rome. Excellent service. I did not like the fact that my time there came to an end and I had to leave to go home.

Very nice apartment in an amazing location close to the Coliseum. Had small problem finding the property, but the management was very attentive and helpful.
