Great location. Close to the Colosseum and the Forum

Good location A little dated and smelled of cigarette smoke

The staff was very helpful and the location was great. The breakfast was good.

Location was amazing, easy to access public transportation. Room was nice but outside of the room when walk through apartment was cluttered and dark. Rarely were lights on when you came in. Several rugs down path to room which are hard to pull your luggage over.

The owner was very nice. Her dog was cute. It was a decent stay. The breakfast was okay. Our room was pleasant and well decorated. It was a short walk to the colosseum and was near a lot of restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and let us check in very early, roughly 4 hours before regular check-in times. It was a very kind gesture and was much appreciated. There was quite a bit of black mold in the shower and in the bathroom. There were ants in our room. Like I mentioned, the dog was cute, but it did at one point run out and bit my wife on the shoes. If you have a lot of baggage or large bags, be aware that you have to walk up three flights of stairs with no elevator, and the hallways are tight.

Property is located on a narrow cobblestone street in the historic section of Rome. Room was LARGE by European standards. Nice minimalist vibe with vaulted ceilings. Room was clean and beds were comfortable - extra pillows in the cabinet if you need them. Bath was large, clean, and nicely tiled. Water in shower was hot, and no issues with pressure. Very secure facility - restaurants on the street are filled with LOCALS every evening. Numerous restaurants, grocery, and laundry, facilities are walking distance nearby. 100 yards to Cavour Metro station - used frequently. Excellent coffee and adequate breakfast provided in a traditional cozy Italian setting; breakfast items included ham, cheese, bread, yogurt, apples/bananas and fresh cappuccino - made to order, each morning. Note: The address number (#48) is clearly visible from street, as noted in photo. Internet was sometimes spotty but adequate enough to read emails and book tickets to Rome attractions, and listen to stateside radio via iheart radio. (no TV in the room) Be aware there is no elevator - not an issue if you're in good health. Approx 44 steps to reach 3rd floor. (which is called the 2nd floor in Italy) No A/C but a fan was provided - this was adequate for an early September stay, when evenings cool down.

Room was large and comfortable. Excellent location in the Monti area

Location is perfect. The accommodation is located in a cozy street in Rome, close to the Colosseum. It's an old, traditional building with old furniture. With all its advantages and disadvantages! We suspected it would be like this, so it wasn't a big disappointment.

The accommodation was also very near to the train station and very cozy. Central location. The staff was very accommodating. None

Great host, Annamaria and Degita the dog. Great spread for breakfast. Close to train station (6 min walk), Trevi Fountain (19 min walk), Colosseum (12 min walk). No lift if you have heavy luggage... but that's not the B&B fault it's just the building...

Great location, decent value, cute dog joined us for breakfast.

Excellent. Lovely hostess, exceptionally clean. Good location. Bathroom door creaked and needs some WD40! Noisy tenants above, however only for 1 night.
