The hotel seemed understaffed or not interested in the patrons at all. There were no doormen multiple times we walked into the hotel. The front desk seemed afronted that we asked for an earlier check in. The cleaning staff was good. They had a party Saturday night with strobe lights and loud music that reached our 3rd floor room until 1 am. There is nothing special about the rooms -- no cool art or features that would justify the price. The pool is fine but the staff ignored us multiple times when asking for menus or things. The breakfast is a very small buffet with a few options to order a la carte.

Our greeting was great, room was clean, facilities were nice. A few staff members were a little rude when we asked for things but most were very nice

The staff was so helpful. We were so pleased our room was ready early and we got to drop our bags after lugging them around for so long. We also received a room upgrade and we were SO thankful!! It was a stunning room with lots of space and all the great amenities. The location couldn't be better. It was so close walking distance to things, while being a little off the path and main rows. The trees, and serenity walking up to it was so ideal! Definitely would recommend. The front desk helped me book a car to the airport for an early AM departure and I was so thankful! Made is stress free and easy.

It was clean, personel was good. Smelled like dust, AC didn’t work, not very comfortable. Breakfast is okayish, spa only available when booking treatment so didnt test it. No cancellation, so cannot get back money if you don’t like it and want to switch hotel

A Modern Oasis in the Heart of Rome! We had an incredible stay! The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the Spanish Steps and the Via del Corso shopping area. Our room was a highlight: spacious, spotless, and featured a beautiful modern design. Breakfast each morning was a treat. Having made-to-order eggs, fresh avocado, and freshly squeezed juice was such a high-end touch. The pastry selection was huge, and they even served homemade tiramisu! We also got lucky with the April weather and spent some very relaxing time at the pool. To top it off, room service was quick and incredibly attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a great location, and an amazing breakfast. No kettle in the room — when I asked, I was given one with a broken lid. There was also no iron; a steamer was provided but taken back after two days, which wasn’t ideal.
-
Well located - wonderfully renovated with a great period feel. Pool an added bonus in the middle of historic Rome. Very well maintained. And the Piano was in tune too! We will be back

The team was brilliant, went above and beyond to help and make my parecia stay the best it could be.

The receptionist and her kindness

Staff was spectacular, and so was the location The outside pool was not heated(!) , and they charged 50 euro / hour/person for the inside pool. I don’t think that is acceptable for a 5 star hotel.
