They upgraded my room which made me really happy
-
The quality of service was world renowned and beyond my high expectations!! The laundry service and room service were unmatched in all of our travels!!! The health club was not only huge by any standards but had all the cardio and free weights both my husband and myself need!! Nothing!!! We already booked for next year!

I love the lobby, the location (nice walk to city center) and the room was large and renovated. Very comfortable Staff was very friendly and kind In the evening walking back not really an option
-
It is beautiful in a historical sense! The spa was excellent! My room was small.

I have been to Rome a dozen times - usually in the busy historical center. This property, by the Villa Borghese, was cleaner, less crowded, yet a manageable walk. It was a bit of a hike to fine a bar for coffee. The one the hotel recommended was a bit far.

Rooms were perfectly renovated , location is great - quite and central ! Love this place !

Incredible pool
-
Pure elegance, great spa, excellent location, friendly staff. Hotel is top 3 Hotel in Rome in my book. The upgraded rooms are nice, but the walls are thin as hell. You can literally hear your neighbours snore. Too bad they tried to make savings above comfort. The turbines/fans located near the pool, extremely noisy at night, no way to sleep with your windows open. It's like having a diesel engine running all night beneath your balcony.

We stayed for a weekend and everything was just amazing. Very kind staff, great spa and swimming pool also food in the restaurant was excellent. Definitely recommend.

The staff where good but the building was a little bit old

On the day of our arrival no one also told us about the construction work, which was taking place above our room, on the following day it also started very early. I think that such a charming place should not give reservations where there is such a noise, because in the ranking of hotels it is a quiet place, unfortunately we did not experience this. In the sauna the door to the toilet would not close, the smells there was not pleasant either. We ordered dinner in the hotel restaurant without making a reservation in advance. There was a place for us, but I had the impression that we were forgotten, because after an hour I asked how long we had to wait and the gentleman who served us was surprised, even though he had taken our order earlier.

Really good stay. Welcoming atmosphere. The reality is better than the pictures. Mandatory swimming caps in the pool. Too many people using mobile phones on speaker in the lounge. Rooms would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities.
-
The best hotel in Rome. Their spa is amazing. The staff are very helpful. The decor and cleanliness are spectacular. Ask for a view over the park—it’s very nice.
