Excellent location, comfy room with really nice breakfast

Location was so central, staff were fabulous and the breakfast to your room

Small and old elevator, we were at 2nd floor so didn't need to use it.

The price is very high for what you get.we celebrated anneversary me and my wife and this wasnt the place to celebrate in.i could find something better even for less.this is not a hotel ,its a room inside an old building.all the way to the room you think that its a joke.but the room was more than ok.very clean and well built ,we had everything there even a coffee machine that made coffee better than the cafes around the hotel and the breakfast was really the highlight for my stay ,very fresh sweet pastries and a lot to choose from ,wow....i dont know who is controlling the prices ,maybe its booking i really dont know but i paid 780 euros for 4 nights including taxes ,try elswhere before considering this option Very expensive for what you get

Location Poor wifi

The location is great, near the Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi, the Emmanuil II, and the Colosseum and the Vatican. No need to rent a car; just walk and enjoy. N/A

The location was amazing and perfect for the sights we wanted to see. Everything was walkable with about a 30 minute radius. The hosts were kind and helpful and kept the room very clean. NA It was exactly what we hoped for and more!

Location is very close to Pantheon and a whole lot of Restuarants. Easy to check in and check out. Staff was very responsive. Nothing major.

Clean, walking distance to most city attractions, very nice breakfast.

This property is a perfect example of FALSE ADVERTISING! The pictures look NOTHING like the actual. The front entrance is in a filthy alley. The hallway is loaded up with rat boxes. The doors are scratched up like they have been kicked in. I left immediately and asked for my money back. I hope i can get it but i wont stay there anyway. The only positive is the lovely young lady who works there.

We inquired about the availability of elevators and no stairs since we use walkers. There were stairs at the entrance before reaching the elevator. The elevators were extremely small. Our walkers folded, but it was very inconvenient. Do not advertise as accessible!

Great location. About 15 min walk to anywhere you want to go The bed is pretty firm.

Clean, the best is it’s location! Super close to walk everywhere in Rome. Need a table inside, more drawers and more space on balconies.

Excellent No common area to interact with others

The staffs were very helpful & kind. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning. That was very sweet. There was a strong smell when i walked into the room first night. It must have been some kind of soap or room defuser? But, i got used to it next day and it was ok. Not a big problem at all.

Convenient to all of the things you want too see. Breakfast was served in our room at our convenience. It was very clean and comfortable. Sylvia and as absolutely great! She was so helpful and accommodating. Liked everything!
