Very modern, clean and great location. Nothing

Too hi-tech, needed remote to operate lights. Didn't like or need to flashy lights. Shower not very private.

Location, and general cleaning. 1)The lights close automatically after a while( but they were still on in the app). And that happened i was using bathroom. 2)The towels so close the toilets, so when I want to use them my knees touch the toilet, it was not cool.

Location Warm in the room. Change of season, so hard to keep room comfortable. We could open window, but not at night because of busy street noise.

Location was great. I liked that the front desk was right there when you entered. Really good - having a water fountain to get water. There was no breakfast because there's no dining hall. It's a floor with rooms - cappuccino machine and water dispenser (which is really all you need). The bed was really comfortable. Kettle and coffee maker + snacks + fridge in the room made up for the lack of breakfast option. It was too bad I found this at the last leg of my trip, this would have been very good for my mom's 2nd visit to Rome. Shutters were really good re: light and sound ( but I've lived in a metropolis most of my life so noise doesn't bother me) Very grateful that Hotel Trecentro was able to store our bags while we were away in Naples, this made things very convenient while travelling with my VERY senior parent. Easy to communicate via booking.com messenging. Patient, understanding, and efficient space/location. (apologies for the late review) Housekeeping was a little spotty - since the toiletries were not consistent especially the bidet liquid soap. The glass partition for bathrooms took some getting used to as well as the lights. Needed more hooks to hang jackets , bags. Because there were limited staff ( only one + housekeeping) we didn't get any assistance with our bags when we were leaving. This was hard because I was with my 77 year old mom who had an arm injury and really can't carry anything. Need more closet/drawers - maybe put one in the massive washroom. We didn't get the full overview at check-in : where water dispenser was and the cappuccino machine.

the room was super cool. remote for all the lights! massage chair! bathroom and shower were dope! my favorite part was that EVERYTHING was at walking distance or super close by.

Being across from Carbinieri station and along route for ambulance service to hospital, the sirens were constant and very annoying. Modern room

Incredible location, crazy street, quiet rooms. Great windows that insulate sound. Funky lighting. Big shower. Good staff. I appreciated the “techno hotel” idea—it takes some getting used to.

It is a great location in the heart of the historic center. Very close to the Pantheon, and everything is within a walking distance such as Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Only thing too far would be Vatican (35 min walk) and maybe Trastevere neighborhood (20ish minute walk) All the lighting is controlled by a phone, which is fine but after like 30 min to 1 hour all the lights in the room would turn off, so I would need to find the phone and turn them back on. It would be nice if there was also an option for just a switch. Also upon check in, the host was walking us through how to enter the room (a code you enter and door unlocks, no actual key), and she said the code out loud while there was another person in the lobby, I asked them to change it and they were able to do it within a few minutes, but just something to be mindful of when you check in.

Location was perfect for my work situation. It was clean and generally comfortable. When I first arrived, I mentioned that the water in the sink and shower was not hot, that was never sufficiently resolved. I also didn’t like how the lights were controlled through a remote device or the fact that they would turn themselves off when I was sitting in the room working.

  • Engine customer Jun 2025

Nothing Nothing actually worked. The water was too hot to even take a bath. And the room lights were wifi controlled but did not work or turned on/off at odd hours during the night spoiling our sleep. Won’t recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel was centrally located to many attractions and restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. Although there was a high end expresso and cappuccino machine, it wasn’t accessible early morning (still locked at 9:15 am on Tuesday, the 9th)

Location was close to most attractions Very seedy lighting setups in the room. The lighting and entertainment setup basically it all ran through an XBox setup, to just watch live tv required 3 remotes and a XBox controller. Absolutely painful. It would be to easy just to use a smart tv. We were in a junior suite to to start as we accepted and upgrade offer. The room involved 2 projectors 1 for the entertainment which was terrible, the second was for a mirror ball…. put this with a mirror ceiling and techno colour lighting …. WTF laughable. This was the seediest room I have ever stayed in, requested to be put back in out originally booked room which happened. Enjoyed Rome but glad to leave this hotel.

The rooms were lacking in storage space, there were only 2 small closets and really nowhere to put folded clothes or items. They need to put in drawers or a shelving unit. Our room really smelled awful, like sewer, but I don't think it's necessarily the hotel's fault, I think it's actually the sewer of an ancient city. Maybe put in a ton of diffusers or something..
