We stayed at this hotel in April, 2025. We were just a little bit less impressed this time. Because of the fabulous location, we might stay there again. The decline in services related to small issues: elevator out of service on departure (not really physically capable of carrying suitcases down stairs). Great staff stepped up. Staff excellent. Location excellent. Short walk to Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps. Taxi ride to the Vatican. Breakfast was ample. Very hot summer in Europe. A/C was top notch (once we figured out how to set the temperature). The fridge is tiny (same as the fridge a year ago). Seems to be standard. On arrival we could not get any cold water pressure and the hot water was very hot. The pressure on the cold water feed was set too low. Rectified first thing next morning.

Good location, nice space and amazing staff

Perfect location in the heart of most things one would like to see in Rome. Fun rooftop garden to unwind the day- nearby wine/beer store. Clean and tidy room. Great Breakfast spread to start a day. Super friendly staff at desk and breakfast room. A bit hard to find the front door to lobby first visit. The elevator was as hot as a pizza oven inside. Sauna like!

Location at Piazza Venezia in the midst of the historical venues and the Rome vibrant street life

The staff is amazing and very helpful. Jesica was particularly helpful

Excellent location, nice clean rooms, superb breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. Daniela, part of the front desk staff, was particularly helpful arranging transportation from the airport and assisting us during our visit. Nothing

The location is right across from Altare della Patria on the square. Very close to the major sites and a bus stop. Breakfast was amazing! It also had an elevator. While the location is on a major street, expect noise - cars. honking an emergency vehicles.

Great location.. for walking, its near the Colloseum, bus routes and walking distance to many tourist areas. Simple easy hotel, clean, nothing fancy, one simple door entry from street. I booked just morning of my stay, so hotel rooms were limited, but was happy considering. Not a 4 star by any stretch, its a decent 2 - 3 star city centre hotel with tiny check in desk, but very comfortable beds and very clean. David and Danielle at reception were very helpful. Good food in restautants below hotel. Breakfast was only average, I would skip and try nearby restaurants. Lift is slow.

Staffs are very friendly. Upon arrival were received warmly by the blond young lady at the front desk. Staff at the breakfast are also very helpful and polite. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Location is central within walking distance to most sightseeing. Nothing

Friendly staff, clean rooms great location. Coffe machine by the reception is a great touch Carpet in the hallway, as much as you try to clean it it will always look dirty.

Location Cleaness No WiFi & Internet coverage to my personal mobile Internet coverage

Good Location. The staff are very friendly but not particularly helpful. For a four-star hotel priced at around €300 per night, this stay was unfortunately disappointing. We chose this hotel mainly for its location and its relatively high Wi-Fi rating, as stable internet access was important for us to work during our stay. However, the Wi-Fi turned out to be completely unusable. This issue was not communicated in advance, which made it difficult for us to plan alternatives. In addition, the mobile signal inside the hotel was very weak, so using a hotspot was not a viable option. Although we tried to raise this issue with the hotel, it was not resolved, and no alternative solution or compensation was offered. There were also a few other aspects that affected the overall experience, such as unstable shower temperature with low water pressure, a non-smart TV (no Netflix, YouTube, or screen casting), and insufficient bathroom ventilation. I understand that the hotel is located in an old building in the city center, but overall the experience did not meet expectations for a four-star hotel at this price level. On the last day, we had a transfer booked for 6:50 a.m. to the airport, but by 7:09 a.m. the car still had not arrived. I eventually had to arrange a taxi myself, and we were very close to missing our flight. The front desk response focused primarily on liability rather than helping to find an immediate solution, which added unnecessary stress to an already time-critical situation. I rarely leave negative reviews, as I have stayed in many hotels across Europe without issues. Rome is a wonderful city, but unfortunately this accommodation negatively affected our stay.
