Location is good Too small room and bathroom compare with price.

Close to all attractions, the room was very clean and well maintained

Convenience You had to pay $25 for breakfast regardless if you ate a full spread or wanted a cup of coffee. No flexibility on breakfast which isn’t very Hilton. Also rooms are tiny!

very clean and modern! staff were very nice and helpful gave recommendations for rooftops as well. They also knew it was our honeymoon and delivered a bottle of prosecco and biscotti which made us so happy on our last night in italy! so we appreciated that a lot ! no complaints!

Location was 10/10 - all the City highlights can be accessed by walking. The room size was tiny, also on a busy road so sleeping was a challenge.

Breakfast was included with room. Attendant kept bins stocked and had good coffee, eggs, ham (bacon), cold cuts, breads and pastries. Breakfast was good enough to get you going in the morning, Remember you don't want tyo load up at hotel, since part of the awesome Italy experience while you're out and about visiting sites you want to try the local small pastries shops and coffee, sweets and gelato... so don't fill up at hotel Although room was a good size compared to other european hotels our room at the Cosmopolita didn't have any drawers so basically spent three days with clothes in suitcase.

Great location. Right in the heart to Venice. Very friendly staff. Made us feel like royals. Breakfast was delicious

I think the only thing I liked about the property was the location and that it was clean hotel. Rooms are the sizes of matchboxes, walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations from next door at 2am. When I asked for an upgrade and would happily pay, they claimed they didn’t have but it was available on their website and bookings. I think the staff was not bothered with the process of changing. If you’re planning to stay just for the location then it’s fine, after a long day of walking around room you kind of want to spread out and relax which was not possible in the way the room was designed. I would also like to comment that the pictures provided on the bookings.com don’t reflect the actual size and look a lot more spacious.

Central location. Lovely staff at reception very helpful very clean ! Breakfast wasn’t very good just warm food confusing staff not very helpful and expensive we didn’t have it included only had breakfast on one day € 100 for 4 ppl next door at the cottage had €10 each for everything and croissants were delicious!

Location was excellent. The street noise was at times horrendous. Double glazing the windows would improve this ten fold.
