The parking is small. I was driving a mini bus, I was required 2M above parking. Nevertheless, hotel parking was 1.9, which is small even for SUV. Moreover the hotel parking is 75€ when the garage 10 min walking was 45 min. Be aware, when you are entering the city center, to avoid the fine, hotel has to give a permit in order to avoid the fine. Even though the hotel didn’t mention anything about the parking height, they didn’t want to give me a permit for a parking in order to avoid the fine. The said in order to get the permit from the hotel, you still have to pay 75€ for a parking fee.

Centrally located and the staff was friendly and informative. The room had bottles of water everyday and a pristine coffee (Nespresso ) maker. The room was large for Europe and had a beautiful bathroom. Little surprises in the room and when we checked out. Efficient and clean. Very comfortable beds. A welcome drink of your choice at check in. $19 euro for a glass of wine in a lobby bar is excessive and so … didn’t get anything else there to eat or drink.

I liked the location , and the quiet street it’s in and the fact that it’s close to every major attraction When checking in staff seemed irritated not too friendly , they didn’t clean my room daily , they would fix the bed but not provide clean towels or clean the bathroom

Loved everything about this hotel. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Bathroom very luxurious. Room size was quite large for central Rome. Breakfast choices of hot and cold food. Small menu of freshly prepared food also included. Roof top bar was just adequate. It didn’t seem to be staffed or furnished appropriately. Not enough shade to stay for a long drink,and snacks not that great.

Great staff. Loved the rooftop. Asked for higher floor room when booking but was put on 1st floor. Annoying bathroom noises in ceiling of bathroom. Fantastic location, very good breakfast. Edwin was wonderful! Just bathroom noise and inquired about a higher floor room but weren't able to move.

The staff was absolutely what made this place so special. The sweetest and most welcoming people. Our room was beautiful and alto taken care of. The entire hotel had a home like feel and the rooftop was a gem.
