The location is amazing! Safe and able to drop off bags until check in time. The fridge did not work and the heat was confusing and we are not sure it worked or not. It is really small, so be prepared to scoot by each other.

Location Cleanliness Friendly and kind staff

The room is smaller than expected and the shower is tiny. A bigger person will have a hard time moving around in it. The refrigerator was noisy. Overall furnishing is bit old

The location is fantastic, just a 10 minute walk to St Peter's Basilica in the Vatican. The staff were very friendly and explained the multiple access codes and keys for entry. The shower cubical was extremely small for a comfortable shower. My flight to Rome was arriving early morning so I paid for the room from the day before. I did not realise the reception only works from 2pm onwards. When I contacted the hotel prior to my arrival I was given access to the hotel through a website called Vikey after uploading my passport details. When I arrived at the property a staff member was waiting for me. It was a pleasant stay.

Location was the key. Situated just a short walk from the Vatican, and a short walk from the river. Extremely well priced for the location. The old elevator/lift added to the character. Worker was extremely helpful. No AC, but that is typical in Rome. There was a stand alone unit, but the fan only blew on it.

The staff were great

It was in good location to visit famous places. Was removing all trash every day. Changes towels each second day. It was comfortable bed. Missing cups in the room, too small bathroom for family, there aren’t enough place to put your staff.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out with possibility to leave the luggage. Only drawback was that the room was old and appeared a bit shabby, however kept very clean

Breakfast was adequate, with a staff member on hand to see to our needs. The breakfast room is small with room for just 4 tables. Fresh orange juice instead of from a carton.

Great location, in proximity of many sites. Helpful and friendly staff The room is dated, in particular the bathroom, it would be nice to see some renovations

A clean, safe accomodation in a lovely neighbourhood. 10 min walk to the Vatican and 20 to most other areas we went to - perfect! Would stay again. Staff were so friendly and helpful

The location was perfect, close to lots of tourist attractions; cafes, taxi and bus stops were also in the area, which was very convenient. The hotel was well put together, if i come back to Rome (which i definitely will), I'd most likely pick this place again.
