Good location, excellent host Thin walls, toilet outside the room, very loud street noise (bus stop right outside), poor breakfast

The location of the property was perfect. You’ll need to walk a little to either the metro or to the Vatican, but relatively close. Restaurants all around and plenty of gelato! My room faced the street and so there were times when loud people could be heard clearly.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, taking great care of every guest and regularly checking if everything was alright and if anything was needed. The location is peaceful, yet there are cafés, shops, and everything you might need nearby. Transportation is quite convenient – although the metro requires a short walk, it is not an issue. A special thanks to Gabriel Calapod, who provided outstanding assistance in organizing everything we needed, as well as arranging early breakfasts and offering helpful advice along the way.

The location of Annette B&B is excellent in terms of airport shuttle and proximity to the Vatican. Gabriel was very helpful, and the owner was also very hospitable. The room was comfortable. The proximity to the airport shuttle stop can also pose a problem due to street noise. The lack of en-suite bath was an inconvenience at times.

Gabriela was WONDERFUL ! When we arrived she sat with us and asked us what we our plans were, she then took out a map and went over all our tours so we knew where to go. She also highlighted places of interest, then showed us a list of where to eat and her favorite places. Everything was always clean and she was always available if we had any questions. If I ever come back to Rome I would stay here again. Gabriela was fun and made us feel comfortable. Took a bit to get the hang of the keys, especially the bathroom, but it we dealt with it.

Gabi the host couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating, did everything she could to make our stay the best it could, even went through a map with us to help us see the sights of Rome. Was so well situated to see the sights.

Clean, near the old city, but at the same time very quiet area.

Everything was excellent the rooms were clean, the people very friendly, the women helped us with everything I am so thankful to her and definitely recommend it to all.

Perfect location, directly beside the bus stop from the Civitavecchia port. The bus to the airport is also close. Also very walkable to the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo and excellent dining. The host was very accommodating and helpful guiding us to restaurants and sites nearby. She also prepared a breakfast to go since we were leaving early for the airport. Wonderful B&B and host! Locks are a bit tricky. Also, we were a bit uncertain how to get in to the building, but the host quickly helped us.
