Domenico was extremely nice and helpful when we checked in, gave us lots of advice and recommendations for places to eat during the day. The location was great and within walking distance of most the famous attractions. Only issue was some parts of the room weren’t very clean and there was some bits of mold in the bathroom however overall it was a great stay.

Excellent host, welcomed us personally and explained everything, recommended some local restaurants. Great location, handy to Vatican and the Prati area, a few blocks from good food and sights. Needs an update and maintenance in some areas. Coffee machine and small kitchenette would be great.

Neco the host is a great guy to start with. The proximity to the Vatican was great for me. Shopping and getting food was also in good proximity and the jacuzzi and sauna were the icing on the cake

The host is absolutely amazing. Domenico gave us not only very good recommendations for restaurants and told us what to take care about but he also helped us with the transportation at arrival and for leaving. Such support is very valuable for such a busy city as Rome. The location is also very good. Would totally recommend.

The hotel is in the area of Prati, very close to Vatican and the historical center of Roma! Mr. Domenico was kind and helpful. The room was tidy. The whirlpool was excellent for us to relax. No breakfast available, bur many lovely cafes in the area.

The hotel is in the beautiful area of Prati, where you can have access to all the beautiful sights im Roma! Vatican is just a few minutes walk away. The owner Mr. Domenico is very helpful and kind. He gave us a lot of recommendations around the neighborhood for eating lunch or dining. The area around the hotel is very safe and nice. The jacuzzi and the sauna are great to relax after a tour in bella Roma! The hotel provides a kettle in each room to make a coffee, but there is no cup to drink the coffee. Wifi of the hotel is not the best.

Lovely big room with a king size bed. Nice bathroom with bidet. It has all the basic amenities, fridge, hair dryer, iron, lots of plug sockets etc. It’s within walking distance to the Vatican, Castel Sant Angelo, parks, bus station, shops and restaurants. It is safe and quiet. The property has a jacuzzi and sauna which is a Godsend! We used it everyday after a long day of sight seeing. Nothing major, just a few things, the toilet seat was broken so it wobbles when you’re doing your business. The shower head needed fixing and was leaking out onto the floor, but there is an alternative handheld showerhead. ( husband screwed on the shower plate temporarily so it stopped leaking ) might still need better fixings.

It was great. Clean great artwork simple and very comfortable bed. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood. We had small plumbing issue but host helped right away.

It has a great chill ambience and I felt very safe and at home. It's in a good neighbourhood and had good storage, space, a separate sitting room and I had the use of the jacuzzi on a couple of evenings. A few more items suppled for the room would have been good. There was a kettle but no coffee or milk, and just shampoo. When I asked for more water and a cup, these were supplied straightaway. I didn't know that part of town and only found the minimarket a day before I was due to leave. That could have been a boon - also a cool cocktail bar/restaurant. Both were very close, as is a lovely coffee bar (in the opposite direction in Piazza Cavour), where I had a doppio espresso for my last two breakfasts. The owner of the B&B, Nico, was very helpful re. suggesting the local bus for getting back to the airport. That wasn't only a great saving, but Booking.com had let me down over my transfer to the accommodation (wasted two hours on my first day in Rome, as well as being v stressful, and no compensation was paid). This B&B has a lot going for it. If I'd just known about the location of the local spots, mentioned above, it would get a bigger thumbs up. I had a great time in Rome.

Honeslty this was an excellent property with an extremely kind and helpful host who told us about loads of places within Rome which are best to go to and how to be safe! The hot tub was an amazing bonus as it allowed us to have a nice evening of relaxation
