The location was great. The breakfast was prepackaged food, but coffee and apples and bananas were available.. The proprietor was very helpful even though he spoke no English. We translated through his phone. The windows were French windows and could open to the street view. I was there for the canonization of Saint Carlo, so honestly spent little time in the room. I would recommend this bed and breakfast. There was no air conditioning the first night. The pillows need to be of better quality. Towels could have been nicer. But, the proprietor made up for the lack of upscale furnishings.

Enjoyed the feeling of being at home. Great location. Nicely decorated. Comfortable accommodations and breakfast available. Host was extremely helpful and also told us about the airport shuttle that is only steps away up the street. Great savings versus taking a taxi to the airport. As the rooms are within a common space, TV noises and such from neighboring rooms were heard in our room and sometimes disruptive to resting. Furnishings in our room were functional but rather basic.

The owner is incredibly kind, attentive, and the hospitality was outstanding. The location couldn’t be better, and I felt comfortable, well cared for, and truly welcomed. Everything was just perfect. If you're going to Rome, stay here—highly recommended!

The single bedroom worked for the one-night stay I needed, but it was very small and simple. The bathroom, although private to me, was across the hall. The locks on both the bedroom and bathroom were tricky and loud - especially at night when others are sleeping.

A small, cozy, clean hotel with a very friendly, charming owner. Situated almost in the center of Rome, near the Vatican. Everything is so close from it that we never used any transport. One get get to st. Peter's Basilica in only 15 minutes on foot.

The host! The most cheerful, friendly, helpful person you could wish for. Above and beyond helpful! Nothing. It’s a nice space, clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy.

Kitchen was no complet… communal fridge to small. I key of the room, being always outside of the room ( no reception area - 24h, with no staff)
