It was centrally located. Everything was on a walking distance. Lively neighborhood … lovely place to experience city vibe and night life. Worst experience with air conditioning… though I categorically asked for it because of the heat wave but it wasn’t working at all . Room was humid and hot through out the stay. Plus there is some construction work going on which made it impossible to sleep after nine in the morning.

Location was great! Entry and exit were easy. It’s right next to St John the Baptist church and Castel Sant’Angelo and Vatican! Bus station was across from hotel to Roma termini. Mini market nearby. It was very dusty and dirty. The lightning was bright yellow and the fridge did not work. The tea kettle was dirty and the coffee machine in the common area was dirty and I would never use it. The pictures must’ve been taken when they first remodeled. There was caked dust all over the place especially by the nightstands. Room is on the ground floor and the curtains didn’t close all the way so I used my hair clip to secure it closed. Otherwise people are looking in the windows who walk by. It was very tiny.

Location was perfect Beds were not confortable at all, shower was in an awful condition.

Great location The room has a horrible sewage smell. It gave me a headache every morning. Every time we would enter the room the smell was horrible and unbearable . I am not sure if it was from the sewage, bathroom or damp. The bathroom light is very dim and dark, no normal light. The shower place had bad smell. Modern architecture in the room. 8/10. Bed not very comfortable - 5/10.

Online check-in requires two names. I was traveling alone so entered my name again. City tax based on occupancy, so my bill was twice actual. Communication thru email so no instant help. NO response re: city tax adjustment for single occupancy.

Good location for walking. The AC was not working in the hotel and our room was very humid and uncomfortable. the staff did try to troubleshoot. we all did the best we could considering it was very hot outside. the staff wasn't available on property other than check in so we communicated through the app or WhatsApp.

Convenient; clean. I asked for a taxi on my first night; the owner was not helpful. I didn't need to be told that I was 10 m from the hotel (In fact, I was 2.5 km).

The room was comfortable, clean, with easy access. The house has a perfect location, less than 15 minutes walking distance from the Basilica of San Pietro, close also to other attractions - Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain. In a communicative place, close to restaurants and bus stops.

The hotel's highlights are definitely the location, the space, and the value for money. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the Vatican, making it a pleasure to explore the city. The staff was excellent, with quick and efficient service throughout our stay, and the check-in process was very smooth. One standout detail was that they replaced used towels daily, upon request, which was a great touch. The room is the right size for those who spend most of their time out, the bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and, although compact, it’s perfect for a couple. Highly recommend! There aren’t many negative points, as the positives far outweigh them. However, for those who are particular, the room is small, but it’s good enough for those who spend most of their time outside. Some might find the shower box a bit tight, but I personally found it fine. The windows face the street, so there can be some street noise, which might bother light sleepers. Additionally, the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear other guests in nearby rooms. Still, for those who don’t mind some noise, it’s not an issue.
