Perfect location to walk around Rome. The Vatican is a 5 minute walk. Once I parked my car, I didn't drive anywhere the whole time. Parking is on the street, but the price is reasonable.

I like that It’s near the train station, small shops and restaurants and the Vatican City. What I don’t like was it’s Too hard to locate the property. The building has no signs and no people or reception to talk to. You have to use your own international phone to call the property management which will cost the customer a good bit of phone charges

The location of the apartment is near the vatican, like a 15-minute walk, which it was very handy. The lady who attended us was lovely and helpful, and the building was in a good state. It was a good experience. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken. The breakfast was a bit simple (a coffee and a croissant), and we had to go and grab it a block away from the place. S

Good location, clean room Customer service asked for extra money for late check in ( late check in) despite our arrival at 23:35 and check in up to midnight on booking. The person working for the owner taking pictures.of passport with his own private mobile. (Lack of Data protection). The professionalism of the owner was very poor when mentioning my concerns the answer was:" if you don't like it you can go"

The place was lovely but when we arrived we had no heating. There was no batteries in the remote. I was expecting a taxi to come and pick us up but they did'nt arrange it. It was such a pity because the área is lovely.

About room - the first, it is quite small despite the indicated area, because the corridor occupies a lot of space. About the state of the walls, soul, toilet there is nothing to say, it is clear that everything is far from a good state, taking into account 3 stars. But what is terrible - the toilet, it barely works, sound insulation - it is simply absent, you hear everything that happens in a neighboring room and on the street with a closed window. But even this is still a half of trouble, when using a toilet or shower, everything related to water, something like a boiler is turned on and a reactive roar arises. It’s just something terrible, it can also turn on at night and wake you up. In the morning, when your husband-wife-child, for example, will go to take a shower or to the toilet you can’t sleep at this time due to noise. Honestly, I stopped in many places and got used to a lot, but that's too much. The owner should do repair and remove this nightmare noise. But the most important thing is that this number cost almost 800 euros for 4 nights. But yes, it's my fault, did not read the reviews, did not study everything thoroughly.
