Great location near the Vatican in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of good bars and restaurants. Clean, modern room. Very responsive, helpful management. Loris is the best :) We were very thankful the air conditioning was working well during our stay, because it was brutally hot in Rome. Plenty of pillows, towels and toiletries, plus a small refrigerator. Nothing; we would definitely re-book here.

Staying at the San Pietro Rooms 84 was very comfortable and felt very peaceful. The host Loris was very responsive via WhatsApp and accommodating and it felt like we had a personal concierge to navigate the city! The room we were in was simple, but had everything we needed and the bed was quite comfortable. I really enjoyed the surrounding area, it felt very safe and convenient, steps to a delicious gelato place, fresh fruit vender, pharmacy, supermarket and lots of cafes but still a calm street with less traffic. There is also a metro station within a 10 min walk and quite a few convenient bus stops quite close. It felt like we got a glimpse into a local Roman neighborhood.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the space was clean! The host was very accommodating and hospitable! We had a short, but lovely stay!

By far, Loris is one of the best hosts I've met throughout my travels, not to mention the unbeatable location of the accommodation.

We had a really lovely stay! The location is perfect, we didn’t have any safety concerns. Super close to the Vatican and just a short walk (5 to 6 min.) from the metro. Loris made all the difference. He welcomed us with such warmth, shared great local tips right from the start, and was always there when we needed anything. We truly felt looked after the whole time. The room was a little humid, but honestly it didn’t take away from the experience at all. If we’re back in Rome, we already know where we’re staying. Thank you, for everything ?

The room was beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the Vatican and perfect for exploring Rome. The host was a true superhost – very polite and always available, giving us all the information and feedback we needed. Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do and see. Loris was wonderful, very communicative and responsive and provided really good suggestions for us. The room was a good size, very well maintained and overall lovely to stay in and we couldn’t beat the price! We had no complaints for regarding our stay, it was everything we hoped for and more!

The owner tended to all of our requests. The location is perfect. Just 5 min walk from the shuttle bus Vatican station to/from the airport.

The accommodations were very comfortable and suitable for 3 adults. Room was a little small but overall was good for our needs. Beds were extremely comfortable, even the 3rd pull out bed. Everything was very clean. Location was great with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Even though on a busy street, was fairly quiet at night and no trouble sleeping. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. Left a power converter behind and discovered that a few hours later when we got to our next destination and was able to get it back without issue upon our return to Rome at the end of our trip. Bathroom was small. There is no sink counter. The reason I did not give a '10' is because since there was no counter space I hung a necklace on the knob of the sink cabinet door when I took a shower the last morning there. Was in a rush and accidentally left it behind. Reached out to Loris the next morning when I realized it was missing and sadly, they 'did not have it'. I even offered a financial reward to get it back with no luck. I truly believe Loris feels his staff is not capable of dishonesty, however there is no other explanation for my necklace not being returned. Overall everything was great and Loris is a fantastic host. I would stay here again, but just be aware to not leave anything of importance behind.

The location was perfect!! Not too far from the subway and in a super cute location to walk around at night. The owner was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed! They also cleaned around the room everyday. Would definitely recommend

Our stay was truly exceptional. The room was beautifully maintained and cleaned daily, always left in perfect condition. Loris deserves special recognition for his professionalism and kindness. He was always polite, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. On our departure day, he kindly arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. His excellent service and attention to detail greatly enhanced our stay. Highly recommended!
