The location was great and the staff were super friendly. We were arriving late at night, and our flight was further delayed, but they waited for us to check in and even met us on the street to help us find our way to the accomodation. The bathroom door kept jamming, but that was a minor issue for us. The place was great.

The location is excellent, being very close to the Vatican. Walking around the area in the evening was delightful, and the gentleman at reception was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Although the property appeared clean at first glance, it did not feel particularly clean, It is in urgent need of renovation. While the price is understandable given the excellent location, the condition and quality of the bathroom and furnishings were quite poor. The fridge was not working properly, the shower was uncomfortable to use, and the toilet leaked and made a constant loud noise, which was especially disruptive at night.

Very close to the Vatican. Our host, Angelica, was terrific, very knowledgeable about the area, extremely helpful with any questions or requests. Less than 10min walk to the Vatican museum or At. Peters sqaure Shower a touch on the small side

Aints were on the floor and also after several hours of opened window we killed 7 (!) Mosquitoes that were keeping me from sleeping. I recommend the owners install a mosquito net.

Staff was nice, location of hotel was pretty nice and close to Vatikan, air conditioning was working and no problems with hot water. So recommend to all! I was given a room at short notice. Location was good. I could not lock my bedroom door so I pushed a desk and bin next to it

Location Accommodation Early check in Easy check in Clean Toiletries provided The second day the hotel had no power. We had to spend the night without Air conditioning and couldn’t sleep

Good location. The staff we met during our stay were lovely. In room 29 part of the plaster on the bathroom ceiling fell down onto a member of our group while she was in the shower. The air conditioner had a leak which made the tiles wet and slippy. The 2 guests moved to room 28. The air conditioner did the same thing in this room, creating a slip hazard so couldn't be used to cool the room either. In room 26 there were no towel hooks, difficult getting in and out of the shower with space restrictions. We also found a booking document from another guest dated for march '25.
