It's located in a building with many other businesses and addresses, and for that I was given two more keys along my own room key which made the stay much more comfortable. The outside doors were closed at nights, and since I had the keys, it felt much more comfortable and safe. Breakfast in the morning was plenty and easy if you enjoy classic Italin breakfast culture. For other places to eat at and see, the host was very helpful and ahe even gave me a map where she marked the monuments :) When checking out, I just dropped the key to the front desk and said goodbye. Everything was really comfortable for me. Also there isn't a ramp when entering the building, I didn't have heavy luggage so it wasn't a problem, but worth remembering. There isn't anything I didn't like.

Great location, clean. The best part: Carla, the absolutely amazing hostess (try her daily capuccino)!

Location was great. Close to main attractions and good eating places. Host was kind and helpful. The hot water system is unreliable. We had a few cold showers. Disappointing as we paid the highest city taxes in our 3 months of travels. The power points were hit and miss, sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn't.

The location was right by the Vatican and we walked everywhere from where we stayed, really close to lots of shops and restaurants. A kettle in the room would have made it even better :)

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. A special thank you to Carla for her amazing hospitality. She was extremely kind, helpful and made us feel very welcome. If we visit Rome again, we would definitely choose this place.
