Location was amazing! We wanted to stay close to The Vatican and it was a really good spot.

very comfortable and clean rooms. friendly, helpful staff and excellent location–10m from St Peter's and Vatican Museums and next door to supermarket and cafe with excellent coffee and pastries which is open 24 hours a day.

To Vatican 5-10 min walk To city center close metro, or 30 min walk Room clean, and cozy. Very friendly staff. And old beautiful lift (elevator) look like historical Recommend staying here!

The building is old but it's probably like tho most of the hotels in Rome.

The location very central, near to major buildings. The host was very kind, he answered very quickly. A big room with a very luminous bath. The room was clean. Street very nice and well communicated. A multiple services around in the zone. Restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, The pillows and bed were not comfortable

I really recommend the place. We used also transfer from the airport thanks to them. The location is perfect. Everything is about 10-20 minutes by walking. the pillow was too high for me. but that's my preference. For you it might be fine.

Location was fantastic

Nice and spacious room (received upgrade to a larger room). Perfect spot. Nice, clean and attractive area with lot of local restaurants and bars. Breakfast was typical Italian, in a very nice bar with excellent coffee. Staf arranged several things including cab to airport. Communication reg. breakfast was somewhat confusing (whether or not included in price - yes). Elevator was very authentic (old) but challenging to operate.

Great spacious rooms, very clean and beautifully decorated, with super comfortable bed, mattress and pillows. A renovated spacious bathroom with a nice shower awaits you after a long day! The location is also great; 10 min walk to the Vatican City, a bus stop right in front of the place, and less than 10 min walk to other major bus stops/metro stations. Supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk from the place. Friendly staff and easy communication via WhatsApp! I originally thought that one could have breakfast at the place but it didn't seem like there was a breakfast place and to be honest, I also didn't ask the staff on WhatsApp after they told me upon my arrival that there was a cafe right across the corner from the place. I would've also liked to have a closet to keep my clothes and some belongings inside rather than digging into my suitcase all the time (the one in the room seemed decorative and one couldn't open it).

The property is in great location and walking distance from the Vatican city. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Check-in process can be improved.

Lisa and Federica were excellent hosts, they made us feel very welcome. The room was pleasant with all the comforts that we needed. Good location, not too far from the Vatican. There are some good restaurants in the area too Nothing negative to say.

The hosts were so kind and patient even when we got lost trying to find the apartment (our fault, not that of their directions). The room was spotless, the bathroom was huge and the facilities in the room were adequate. No fault of the owners, but the step up in the bathroom to go from the sink area to the area where the toilet is was a tripping hazard for me because I'm naturally clumsy.
