The host was really responsive, gave us clear instructions to get in to the apartment, everything was clean, in order, the cleaning person was also very kind. The location is very central, close to lots of stores, restaurants, grocery stores. The breakfast provided is a typical Roman breakfast: coffee and a croissant at the bar across the street. I normally have a more substantial breakfast, with eggs, cheese, etc, so I was a little disappointed. Also, it is available from 7 to 11, and a couple of the days I needed to leave before 7 am. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention to the listing, but I think it only says breakfast, no specifications.

His place has an excellent location 10-12 minute walk to St Peter's The room was small in a larger condo with other rooms but had everything needed. The only thing is on Christmas there was no breakfast included, luckily I met a friend and was able to join her at her hotel for breakfast Overall, I was otherwise very pleased to stay at Alessio Accomodations.

The drain from the shower/ bathroom made it a bit mildew smelly

Cups are plastic which are not fit to use for hot coffee. Toiletries are not sufficient. Elevator is too small.

I had one of the worst nights of sleep in my life where do I even begin: • I was freezing the whole night • I woke up with a sore back • The window shutters don’t close, so the light kept waking me up It honestly felt like I slept in a one-star hotel. This has never happened to me before.

The manager. From the beginning, I sent a notification that I'm in the city enjoying my tour, that i will check in in the evening by 7-8pm. But during the day, the manager kept disturbing and asking the same question when I was gonna check in?! In the evening, when I checked in, I ENTERED THE ROOM AND COULDN'T BREATHE THERE BECAUSE OF CHEAP CHEMICALS they use for air freshener. I asked to change my room or cancel my payment.since it wasn't mentioned that they use those chemicals. He just kept silent as soon as I mentioned the payment. In the end, I WAS POISONED. In the middle of the night, I woke up with nausea and vomiting all the next day, I had a terrible headache. I.let know the staff. But they did nothing. Even didn't apologize.
