Sensation House

Horrible experience. This hotel is for one night stand, not for family with kids. The website is misleading, it should state adults only, no kids, but they don’t. There is separate rooms, cameras in the kitchen and hallway, no privacy at all. We came with our 2 children, not knowing that they rent the rooms for one night stand and my 12 year old son could not sleep all night because of the noises he heard from the other room. This is unacceptable, this is a bordel. We left this horrible place the next morning even we paid for more nights. Please don’t go here with kids. Worse experience ever

Location was very good, close to metro stations and restaurants right Infront of the apartment. The free breakfast is perfect for families to give the kids a little boost before leaving for the day!

The host accessed my private email and phone number and reached out to me directly, bypassing the Booking messaging system. They repeatedly contacted me in the days leading up to my stay, pressuring me to send ID photos, even though they had already requested them through Booking. I eventually sent the photos, but the persistent pressure through my private emails and phone was uncomfortable, especially given that, in Italy, ID verification is required to be done in person, and that never took place.

Nice, clean room, near the metro station and good restaurants around. Breakfast meager, should be improved.

The owner was very kind and responsive, he/ she always provided us with the info we needed?? The shower was a bit difficult but..it’s really not a problem

Great coffee setup with pastry (also good kitchen area to eat take away). Great location, easy access to metro. Very clean. Great correspondence / coordinated taxi service from airport (took metro/train back to airport, also very convenient). The bed size was great but could have been more comfortable. WiFi went out several times during our stay. Had to work from room couple of times - the room could have had a more (comfortable) chair and larger table.

Great and quick communication with the host via Whatsapp. We are 4 in Glance room (2 adults and 2 kids), the space was more than enough for us to sleep. Daytime we were walking and visiting Roma. Metro station was very near to the apartment. Same breakfast could be eaten in every day (we spent 4 nights here). But it was no problem for us, however I can imagine that it is a negative factor for the others.

Location nearby metro-station. Multiple supermarkets and shops in neighbourhood. Good bed and shower. Fresh towels and cleaning every day. Airco. Large room. Balcony. Only one relaxing chair and one standard chair.

The location and a lot of space in the room and a big bathroom. The coffee machine and the availability of capsules. Room is empty, there is just a very small wardrobe. The baby cot costed 15€ per day so the baby didn’t sleep for free.

Great area for nightlife, there is a bar + pizzeria right outside the door of the building which we liked a lot. Despite that, it was very quiet in the room. The bed was comfy, good bathroom too. We liked the coffee at breakfast. There weren't really any savoury options for breakfast which was unfortunate for us as we don't like sweet things very much. But we were very happy to have a coffee and a juice nonetheless!

Close to all bus terminal , train station and metro station and other facilities. Lack of certain items and appliances in room like a small refrigerator, kettle and cups and extra pillow.

even though there were multiple families, it was still quiet in our room. I enjoyed the shared dining space

Nice hostel, clean room, cool breakfast and very helpful staff. It was great for a night, next to a metro stop and the train station

. Located nearby a metro station . The host arranged a shuttle taxi from the airport The host doesn't manage the property for herself but just does remotely using a somewhat unprofessional housekeeper . For 3 adults staying 4 nights, the housekeeper left total 3 rolls of toilet tissue, 2 at 1st night and 1 at 3rd night even as I informed the host at 2nd night. We found only one from the cabinet in the common area at 2nd night. What the host said at last night was just sorry but she can't help. . Every day and night, you can see ants crawling on the floor in the room . They've never repaired the toilet cover even though it was not fixed at the position.

Location Noisy street and bars below, room was dirty, breakfast was not great.
