Singer Palace Hotel Roma

The singer's Palace Hotel was wonderful. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive. Honestly impeccable. The rooms were very comfortable, and we came in when Europe was having that horrendous heatwave, and the air conditioning was perfect. Believe me, you needed that. The food was incredible. Would highly recommend.

the hotel is good but don’t expect a 5 star hotel. it’s more of furnished apartments. not a luxurious hotel at all. very expensive price for what it is.

Staff is welcoming and accommodating - acknowledged me by name, moved me to another room when I wanted to extend my stay, let me check in early when I arrived and was not feeling well. Hotel is centrally located and a walkable distance to most sites, great shopping and restaurants, etc. Room and bed were super comfortable - a great sleep to overcome jet lag and space to spread out if you have to do some work on vacation. Rooftop bar is an excellent way to end a day of museum visits and sightseeing. Hope to return next year!

From the moment we arrived to the front desk, Marziyeh treated us very warmly. My husband and I felt like royalty. Every staff member was exceptionally kind. As soon as we checked-in, they took us directly to breakfast, which blew us away!(Shoutout to the cannoli in the pastries section, SO good!) We can't recommend this hotel enough... great location, great rooms, delicious food, incredible staff!

The food was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. We loved the rooftop restaurant (those views!) and breakfast was a total highlight every morning. The staff is what really made our trip, though. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Huge shout-out to Federica—she was absolutely wonderful and made us feel so taken care of. Just the nicest person! If you’re heading to Rome and want a beautiful place with great vibes and top-notch service, definitely stay here.

"Everything was very clean. The staff were all polite, friendly, and professional. Everyone was helpful. The hotel had excellent management. The manager helped us greatly in several instances. There was a lady at the reception named Marzieh who was extremely, extremely kind and polite. The food and breakfast were excellent. The rooms were so. clean and beautifully designed. Hotel was really nice and designed. The location were perfect. Nothing at all.

Been coming to Rome every year for 40 years and always try a different 5 star hotel. This was a wonderful surprise. Didn’t know it was the European headquarters for Singer sewing machines originating back in the 30’s. Beautiful art deco architecture with elegant modern rooms and amenities. If you want something in walking distance to many sites and a great hotel with amazing staff, this is great. Right off via del corso corner. Short walk to trevi, pantheon and via condotti. Will be back
