I really liked the breakfast, and the location is amazing. It was very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The room was quite small. I also found it a little inconvenient that the rooms use physical keys instead of key cards, as key cards would be much easier and more practical.

Location, cleanliness, contemporary Smart system is not fully functional, isolation is below average, curtains are not properly fitted to avoid sun exposure during our sleeping, although I liked the apartment but the bathroom is too tiny

We loved absolutely everything. The Umilta 36 is a small beautifully designed and presented boutique hotel. Situated in close proximity to Rome’s stunning Trevi Fountain and central to the vibrant city life and cultural heritage sites. The hotel staff are without doubt the most helpful and polite staff we have encountered to date. A wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was perfect!

The service, breakfast, dinner, and location were all excellent. Most importantly, the staff was outstanding—extremely welcoming, attentive, and professional. They truly made our stay a wonderful experience.

Lovely room and reception staff. Found on some mornings, breakfast staff amazing, particularly one lady, but other occasions staff seemed like they were less than interested in service. Not a complaint, more an observation, but standards for food in European 5 Star hotels falls well short of most other countries.
