Maalot Roma

Extremely beautiful and luxurious AC wasn’t at his full capacity, I guess is something related with the Italian summer which is extremely hot.

Location aside which was amazing, everything was so well considered, the touches, the hospitality, it was perfection. Nothing.

Words cannot describe what a magical refuge Maalot Roma was and what a perfect home base it was for our Rome adventure. In the midst of a bustling tourism area, a short distance from the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps, the boutique hotel is like an oasis. The elegant decor and furnishings, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service make this hotel such a gem. You feel like you’re being cared for my family friends! Breakfast is a special experience and great way to start the day. Rather than a buffet, every item on the menu, and as many as you choose, is available to you and prepared fresh. The rooms are also stocked with complimentary delicious snacks and beverages. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. I liked absolutely everything about this property! The only thing that could be improved is for the air conditioning to be slightly cooler. We were still quite comfortable. The air conditioning is so needed during the summer heat.

Maalot was a beautiful jewel box of a hotel. Decor was gorgeous. Rooms were spacious, stunning, and very quiet. The bathroom was large and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was outstanding.

The hotel is a snap boutique one in the heart of Rome. You’d expect a standard service and a very busy staff. But they are amazing - it’s actually a real boutique luxury experience. Staff is super attentive, friendly and helpful, hotel is clean, designed in a very nice way and comfortable. It doesn’t have a classical reception area which I don’t mind at all - it’s a casual experience in the restaurant / bar area. The gym is small and underground but with top notch equipment (modern techno gym, minimal but enough for a short stay). Despite the location (right by Trevi fountain), noise cancelation is perfect and my room was super quiet at all times. The location of the hotel is right by the Tevi fountain. Depending on your objectives, it might be the perfect place for tourism. I was there for a laid back experience to attend a wedding and it was not too crowded for my taste. The hotel lacks a rooftop bar or outdoor seating area which I find really important specially in good weather Car access is a bit less straightforward as the hotel is located on a pedestrian street but Ubers and taxis know the nearest corner which is a 10m walk to the hotel. The staff escorts you there with your luggage.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. Perfection!! The staff, the food, the rooms, the location- complete package! Loved our stay and was sad to have to leave.?

The rooms do spell luxury in the true sense. We booked the suite with terrace. We were a family of four and the suite was very spacious, luxurious. 2 bathrooms big enough to be called rooms !!!! Walk in closet , complimentary drinks …. Staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. The street outside is very crowded (VERY) since it leads to trevi fountain but once you are in the hotel, you don’t realize any of that . No complaints except one - mosquitoes - near reception area and on our terrace (and if door was left open for more than a second , then we had it in the room )

This is our 2nd time to stay at Maalot. Rome in the summer is crowded, hot. Maalot always feels like a cool, quiet, welcoming refuge. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else when in Rome. Nothing

The food was also excellent.

Outstanding stay. Loved the whimsical decor. Definitely a boutique hotel vibe. My room was spacious and the bathroom amenities were luxe. Loved the front outside terrace where we could watch the myriads of tourists coming back and do the from the Trevi fountain without really being IN the crowd. The gym was tiny and very so-so.

Wonderful and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and a welcome glass of prosecco when I arrived! I felt like a rock star for my whole stay. It’s a very busy location, and there’s a Mickey D’s across the street. Which I pretended wasn’t there. But inside the hotel, it’s so relaxing you feel like you’re in another world.
