Je Rome Hotel

Very clean great location staff was friendly. Especially Andres the concierge Bad is more like a quaint restaurant

It's a little silly but the carpet in the lobby and common stairs could use replacing. Not a big deal but the room was so nice I was a little surprised.

Right in middle of everything. Comfortable rooms. Good restaurant. Upscale atmosphere.

Nice and clean and close to tourist attractions. No refrigerator for your cold drinks. Due to the heat all our drinks were hot.

Nothing really. Maybe adding a couple of more bar seats would be good. The area around the hotel has similar food choices and ratings. Some other cuisine would be nice.

Great central location, clean,, staff was very helpful with early arrival and booking us car too and from the airport. The shower temperature was very inconsistent. For some reason it kept getting super hot or super cold without even touching anything. 3 day stay it was very inconsistent the whole time. The floor in our room was also lifting in a spot outside of the bathroom and my husband caught the bottom of his foot on it and sliced it open.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Our room was amazing. Large, walk-in closet, large bathroom and allowed us plenty of room to get around with our 6 bags of luggage as we were on a 3 week Italy/Greece vacation The breakfast buffet layout could have been better

All was good and even better than expected

First night we had no hot water, and didn't get any until the next morning. They did comp us breakfast for the remainder of our stay which was very nice of them!

This was such a great central hotel in Rome! The staff was so kind and welcoming, and the place was clean, kept, and quiet (being perfectly a few streets over from the crowds of the Trevi). We loved it!!

Great location and staff was very helpful

The location was perfect. Two blocks from Trevi Fountain, not far from the Spanish steps, and walkable to the Colosseum. The food in the hotel restaurant was phenomenal.

Professional staff. Room was too small for the price. Only a couple of English channels on the television. Sometimes heard street noise …people shouting and traffic at night.

The location was great & it was very clean. The staff were friendly and professional. In the morning, it can be a little noisy with the street traffic but I think that is part of being in that central location.

Perfect Central location Excellent staff throughout who are attentive and friendly Impeccably clean The sauna and spa space is great little free treat available to all guests- we appreciated this. We liked everything about this stay. Staff, cleanliness, central location, good value for money. We would recommend others to stay and return again
