OMG, what a dated hotel, smelling mold, very poorly taken care, the bedroom is dated, with so many issues I can;t describe othwerwise it would take me days. For the price paid, I was expecting a very nice Boutique hotel as its name suggests but in fact that place has a zero boutique appeal. The only pro is the location but I will never stay there again no matter how good the location can be. I stayed in another hotel previoulsy for cheaper and a hundred times better. The staff is helpless, the breakfast location looks like a humid, mold dungeon... I was expecting to finish my trip in a high note, but instead it was the worst decision I ever had when I booked it. Everything

Perfect location for shops, food, and sites! The roll away beds were not comfortable.

I love the location, close to everything I can’t think in anything that I didn’t like

It’s in the historic centre, ideal for walking around the most beautiful areas in Rome, metres away from the Fontana di Trevi. The property is fine but it is important to be aware that it is in one of the busiest and noisiest areas of Rome. Fortunately the hotel has really good insulation and if you keep the windows shut it is very quiet inside.

Location was perfect. Maybe I am deaf, but I honestly could hear the noise from the streets below. Though we were located in the street right down from Trevi fountain where there are venders and restaurants galore!

Great location! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice! We will be back

The location The rooms are falling apart. Very old furniture, very old bed, uncomfortable and dirty pillows, old and falling apart shower with mold on the edges.

Location is fantastic - I got up early and walked approx 50 meters to the Trevi fountain at 6:30am and the crowd at that time was small. Breakfast was great! Concierge booked taxis and made our stay seamless! I highly recommend staying here! ?

Location of the property is amazing. 15 out of 10. Property is very dated and needs some love. Breakfast was ok at the best. Coffee was great. There are lots of shops near by with better morning breakfast available. Staff was nice. They always helped with questions and also got us cab when needed. We paid $1400 euros for 4 nights and I wouldn’t say it was worth the cost except the location again was absolutely amazing. See above

Location and staff were super Breakfast was very poor. Every day the same very limited options. The bathroom door was closed and we could not open it at night and has to call to staff for assistance.
