Centred to most places. Being so close to a busy area noise is constant even at 3am in the morning. Ty need to consider double noise cancelling windows in the rooms. Our shower so small I had to shower in kids room.

Position excellent. Rooftop bar/breakfast room lovely. Staff were terrific. The noise. 3 nights of no sleep following a long flight from Australia. I am exhausted.

The staff at the reception were really warm, in the restaurant not so much. The location was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. I made a mistake in my booking and three of us had to share a bed but it was still comfortable. My issue is with the bathtub. The water didn’t drain while showering. Standing in dirty water, waiting for it to go down the drain isn’t ideal and the breakfast pastries were not fresh.

It was in a great location and the breakfast was nice enough The staff were hit and miss as to whether they would converse with you. The breakfast was the same every day. There was no option to take a glass for a wine in your room when I asked. The room was very gloomy no real natural light so we didn’t want to retreat in there (it was 37c at points an you just wanted to retreat for a break) and window looked into the alley. It was therefore noisy until 3.30 with bars emptying bins and then the Lorry’s were restocking the next day.

Location. Close to anything. Walking distance to mostly all tourist spots. THE AIRCON WAS BROKEN. We asked for assistance, somebody come and just checked the remote. IT WAS 37°c outside. The toilet floor is super slippery.

The location and the views. Very very musty. You couldn’t move in the shower it was too small.
