The location was excellent just 30 second near Fontana di Trevi and the host was very nice.

The property is good location, room is great for a family of 4/5 with kids. The cobblestone path to the apt was horrible as our delsey bag wheel got broke and we had to face hard time. The time was mentioned & the host( Rina ) was not there. we were waiting outside for 15 mins trying to reach the host. Called couple of times but no answer. After 20 mins she sent someone with the keys but it is definitely difficult to find the apt. She made up by allowing us to keep our luggage after the check out for 4 hours which saved our time & money for luggage storage so thanks to her.?.

The location - if you are looking for a point from which you can explore the center on foot, this is your place. The room was wide and spacious. There were a kettle and coffee machine in the room, as well as tea and coffee capsules. There was not good coverage, but there is a good WI-FI signal. There was no window to let in air and natural light and it was a bit dark. The owners did not respond to my inquiries for a long time before my stay. However, on the day of check-in I was able to contact them and everything was fine.

No communication at all. I was afraid of relying on it being a legit accommodation.

Absolutely cannot beat the location next to Trevi Fountain and surrounded by excitement.

Terrific center city location, and the room was comfortable and very clean. Literally steps away from Trevi Fountain, so we were able to go early morning and avoid the crowds. The host allowed us to check in early since our arrival was sooner than expected. Multiple attempts to communicate in advance were ignored. However, the very kind host made up for that by allowing us to leave bags in the room upon morning arrival and then allowed us to check in 30 minutes later.

Shower was dated and drained slow

Horrible service. No check in instructions given and unable to reach for an hour. Doorbell was not working. Waited 1 hour in street with all luggage despite the fact we had been approved for early check in weeks before.

It's one block away from the fountain, and the staff is super friendly. It's clean and smells strongly of cleaning products. They let us leave our bags and pick them up later. This is not a hotel; it's a room in a place that's hard to find. We had to message them to be let in (they didn't tell us this beforehand) and we waited for about 15 minutes. When we got in, we had to go up some stairs that don't look good, and the bathroom is very dark.

Host was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Most spacious room we had in our 3-city trip to Italy. Clean sheets and towels provided. No one answered the door when we arrived. Luckily, we went to the hotel next door and called their number and the host answered and let us in. That was the only issue we had with the hotel. fYI- Breakfast is now included.

The location is absolutely fantastic—just a two-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, which made it very easy to explore central Rome on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a mini fridge and a good-sized wardrobe, which were convenient for a short stay. There’s also a shared outdoor terrace, which was a lovely place to relax in the evening. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and upkeep of the room left a lot to be desired. The headboard of the bed was falling apart and left small pieces everywhere. The floors were dirty, and the shower had visible mold and hair when we arrived. Several lights in the room didn’t work, and the light fixtures themselves were covered in thick dust. A little extra attention to cleaning and maintenance would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

Location and charming atmosphere Nothing

The room was very quaint and the shower was lovely The paint on the bed’s headboard was chipping which resulted in flakes getting stuck to us, which was quite gross. The location is incredibly central, and manages to nonetheless be remarkably quiet; however, the chaos at the Trevi fountain was constant, meaning that anytime we wanted to leave or return to our hotel we had to push through boards of people right around the corner (no fault of the hotel, but something to consider when selecting location). The woman who checked us in was very nice, however there were no check-in directions provided and no one was there when we arrived and I ended up having to make an international call to contact her which resulted in huge fees for me. Furthermore, she never responded to my message regarding checkout.

We got very dark apartment, daily light almost not visible

Location was excellent. The room was quiet and felt safe. Overall cleanliness was good. A small room with a bed and bathroom. A place to lay your head and rest. Noticed a little fresh mold on the shower grout.
-
The biggest advantage is the location. The room could do with a bit of renovation, there is mold in the bathroom and overall a very strong airfreshner smell. No communication before check-in at all. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check-out which was nice.

Very spacious and clean :D The owner was really sweet and kind when I was running late from the airport to check in

Location is great & staff were helpful. We booked a family room based on the photos shown on Booking.com. and we were misled. Instead of the 2x dbl beds as per the images I had seen when booking we were given a room of about 25m2 that was cramed with a dbl bed & a bunk bed, but not "3 beds". We were advised the top bunk was unsafe so my daughter had to sleep on the sofa. There were no photos provided of this "family room" on the web page, nor are there even now. Similar comments were made by Angela on 7 May, Marze on 9 Jul & Simon 17 Sep 2024, yet apparently nothing has been done! Contrary to the facilities promised on Booking.com (which I have used exclusively in the past & this long trip) there was no small table as per images, no coffee cups (we were given paper cups, so I had to buy a mug), no access to terrace from our room, no "living room" or radio, minibar, daily housekeeping & no glasses for water. I suggest you ensure the information is more accurate in the future. Or stop listing this facility.
