The location was perfect. Very easily accessible to get around through the Metro and walking. The staff was very helpful and kind. The view from our room was lovely. Our room did not really look like the pictures which was a bit disappointing. It was still clean. The AC unit wasn’t always functioning at capacity, which could have been due to the extreme heat outside.

Location was perfect!! It was a very clean and spacious room that was somehow quiet despite being next to all the hustle and bustle of downtown. No elevator - it was a struggle taking luggage up and down the stairs, but shoutout to Mauricio for helping on our way in!! Additionally, there was struggles with the hot water to work in the shower. Maintenance had to come and we got it half fixed after 15 minutes - the cold water would only come out of the small shower head, not the top. Not a huge issue, but we definitely wanted cool showers after a long hot day walking around.

I recently stayed at Trevi Beau Hotel in Rome, and overall it was a good experience. The biggest highlight is the location—it’s unbeatable! The hotel is literally steps from the Trevi Fountain and within easy walking distance of Rome’s major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. For the price, it’s an excellent value. The room was modest but clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. There were, however, a couple of disappointments. The pillows were very large and firm, making them uncomfortable if you prefer flatter pillows. More concerning, the hotel lost electricity twice during our stay, with each outage lasting over four hours. With temperatures around 99°F, it made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. At night, the hallways and staircases were completely dark, and since no candles or emergency lighting were provided, we had to rely on our phone flashlights to make our way up the stairs and find our room. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication or acknowledgment from the staff. While power outages can happen and aren’t always the hotel’s fault, a simple apology or a small gesture of goodwill—such as offering a complimentary coffee or another courtesy—would have gone a long way in making guests feel valued.

Valentina was very helpful with info about Rome, gave explicit directions and booked an airport taxi for us with a reasonable price. Allessandra was attentive during breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed a variety of items along with your choice of beverages for a reasonable price. Hotel signage. Not the easiest sign to recognize on a busy street. A bigger sign that can be easily seen from the street.

Great location. Extremely clean room. Very accommodating staff. Nothing to add!

The location is great, the air conditioning works hey well and the breakfast was delicious. In fact, the breakfast was the highlight. Not really a complaint of the property, just that the room was very small and the bathroom fan did not work.

Because the rooms are small some hooks would really be appreciated.

The staff were very nice! The room was spacious and clean and had everything you need. It’s in a perfect central location - we were doing all the big tourist spots so it was perfect. Gelato shop and restaurant right at the foot though we didn’t try them and had our own dining plans. There is a lovely breakfast served in the hotel for 7 euro with your basics. A/C was a bit of a menace being loud and sometimes inconsistent.

Fantastic location yards from trevi fountain . Breakfast was excellent so much to choose from too Staff excellent So clean too, room was great ! Nothing! Everything was excellent!
-
Great location, breakfast was excellent! Room very small and cramped- not unexpected given location though.
-
No complaints! Loved it here! We would definitely stay here again. If you are sensitive to noise, do not stay anywhere near the Trevi Fountain area. If you have physical limitations, be aware that you will need to use stairs to get to reception and rooms as there is no elevator.
-
Central to walk to most areas in Rome

Close to everything. The apartment was perfect for our group. The breakfast was great. The beds were really comfortable. You have to be ok with being in a really busy area so close to the TREVI Fountain. We used noisemakers at night and it totally blocked out the noise.

Small. All the staff was very helpful. Lightning in the room. It was too dark but it’s like that in a lot of European hotels. I am 78 and need brighter light these days. We were in a very touristy section. People packed in. Probably a younger person would enjoy it more.

Next to the Trevi fountain right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It was clean and rooms were really nice. Had everything I needed (hair dryer, nice bathroom). There was not someone at front desk at night. Made me a little nervous.

Our room was ready ahead of schedule and they put some special touches since we were there celebrating our 30 year anniversary. No elevator, but we knew that when we booked
