Wonderful location! Very clean and quite comfortable. No complaints it was just a nice room and a great value.

We love the location. The room was clean. It was so convenient to all the sites we wanted to see we walked everywhere from the hotel. The room we stayed in was a slight walk from the main desk. And you had to go up a spiral staircase to get to the room. This did not bother us at all. I just want to mention it here in case stairs would be hard for someone.

The only thing great is the location other then that this hotel false advertisement old and falling apart . Mold and unreasonable they only care about your money that all .

Location and staff. They have done everything they can to make it a great place in a historic location. It has quirks,, but we understood because we wanted location. Concierge staff was FANTASTIC! View, and no chair in room. But we totally understood. Room was a bit small, but totally adequate.

Staff & location fantastic, stuffy/humid room, hard mattress and poor bathroom

Tiger the front desk manager was a fabulous host giving us lots of advice re what to do and where to eat. The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. It’s in the middle of the tourist area. It was a challenge getting to the hotel by cab from the airport because it’s in the middle of the tourist area.

The hot water in the shower wasn't working for about a day and a half.

Only location The rooms are to old

Staff members were very friendly and useful and accommodating I’m not sure why, but the towels were smelling like vinegar a bit too much for my taste

The hotel is two blocks from the Trevi Fountain, a mile from the Colosseum, half mile from the Pantheon, and surrounded by restaurants. Shower and bathroom were small. Water damage evident on the walls. There was heavy rain one night and we saw the padding on the walls was soaked.

The location is perfect - steps to the Trevi & great food choices from restaurants to street food. We stayed in Room 202 - Superior in Main building. The room was large & the breakfast delivered to our room was simple & lovely. Take note that our room was up 3 flights of stairs (no lift) & if you want quiet - do not stay here. I love the bustle of the city so as it is in the heart of Rome, it is noisy all day & night - I like that but most don’t! The room had 3 windows. The bathroom is quite large for Rome & the shower had a nice rain head but no handheld with it (I like a handheld because I don’t wash my hair daily). The bathroom requires a little table to put toiletries as there was no place to put them as the sink is a pedestal. They provide 2 bottles of free water the first day only (so be prepared to buy some at one of the shops for your room and there is a little fridge to keep drinks cold). There is a kettle in the room with 2 instant coffee & 2 tea which came in handy also. There is a safe. All in all - we enjoyed our stay & Will stay here again. The king bed was massive which was great but could use a topper as it was a touch hard but I prefer that to being too soft so a topper would solve this to perfection. The pillows are really not good - they are literally an inch thick - they really need to be replaced with quality hotel pillows as they are uncomfortably flat. The lobby furniture (2 faux leather chairs are all ripped & cracked) - is not a good look.

Great location & friendly staff Needs an update

Numerous issues with our room. Safe not operational, so not able to store any valuables in room, staff not able to fix. No hot water available in the room both mornings of our stay. Toilet didn’t work properly, at best 2 star hotel.

Tiger at the front desk was super helpful. The hotel is so close to everything especially the Trevi Fountain. Our room was nice, very clean. Most comfortable beds. The safe in the room worked. The main hotel was great but don’t stay in the annex. It’s on a street that looks like a slum. Thank goodness we were able to get Rooms in the main hotel.
