The breakfast had lots of choices for my family. Food was fresh and the staff were very friendly. The desk staff were very efficient and helped us with tagging our bags for the cruise - most appreciated! Our one night stay was great. I can't think of anything that you could have done better.

The location but itvwad very noisy in the night The air conditioner was not working. The worker just advised me to open the window))) wich will be okay if the street wouldn't be so noisy. I didn't sleep the nights. And also the rooms are pretty old and need some restoration

The room was super spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good! The location was perfect. I'd like to highlight the people that we interacted with, they were all really nice <3 Isabella, Danilo, Paolo and Piero: thank you! Not a big deal, but our room had 2 floors and the bathroom with the shower was upstairs. A bit unnecessary for just 2 people. The light inside the shower was broken.

Location was fantastic, just steps away from Trevi fountain and a short 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The complimentary snacks and tea in reception was lovely and there was also complimentary water and panettone in the room upon arrival. The room was quiet, located away from the elevator and stairs. Also, really apprciated the black out curtains as well as the shutters for extra noise insulation and pitch black darkness for sleeping. The hotel itself is a bit dated and the rooms are on the smaller side. Very low water pressure in the shower. Small detail, but no bathrobes and low quality toiltries. Overall, it felt more like a 3 star.

Location was very central The rooms were hot and the thermostat would not work. The windows do open though so I simply cracked the window. The location is a bit noisy until shops and restaurants close for the night but this was not a problem for me.

The location was amazing. The room was very run down and not the cleanest.

The hotel is very outdated, with everything feeling old and worn. The room was extremely small and had a slightly moldy smell. I would not stay there again.

I liked most of all the hotel location and it’s super excellent service. Cannot ask for more. This is my third time at the hotel.

The breakfast was really good. The staff at reception were very helpful with directions and things to do throughout our stay.

Maybe a blind put on the window to darken the room a little more and reduce the sound from outside. Saturday night was a little distracting with sound.

Staff was very lovely Wished we would have have a more medium sized room as ours were very small But we had a good experience and would return.

Perfect location next to the trevi Fountain Piero made our stay fantastic with his amazing hospitality! Rooms are spacious and very clean Breakfast is delicious We will be back again!
