The Heated Pool: Located inside our private SPA, the pool is equipped with powerful hydromassage jets, geysers, and a cervical water blade waterfall for a deep-tissue massage. Wellness Journey: The experience includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, ice waterfall, and emotional showers. Important Policy: Access to the SPA and its pool is not included in the room rate. The hotel was in a fantastic location - very easy to explore the sights. We loved our balcony room where we could sit out in the evening and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Our rate included breakfast which was lovely. All the staff were so helpful and very friendly. Nothing - everything was great!

Breakfast was excellent. The omelette was delicious and the size of those croissants were huge. The coffee was lovely and loved my lovely heart shape on my coffee. We ate in the hotel on our last night and the pasta was delicious. You should be so proud of all your staff, they are all attentive Absolutely nothing

The location is awesome. Walking distance to Fontana de Trevi and Spain Stairs. Excellent restaurants and shops close by. Finally, we've enjoyed the hotel for the second time. Is a boutique hotel,very cozy and the staff is just wonderful. When in Rome we'll stay at The One. Everything was fine.

Amazing staff and location. Extremely clean and the room was beautiful. Close to so many places on foot. Would stay here if I ever went to Rome again. The food was mediocre at the hotel restaurant, but there are plenty of food options to choose from nearby.
