Hotel Fellini

Konumu çok merkezi Otele gelince ilk fark ettiğimiz şey asansörün ne kadar küçük olduğu oldu. Birden fazla kişi farklı katlardan kullanmak istediği zaman uzun süre sıra beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz çünkü tek seferde sadece 2 kişi alabiliyor. Bir sağlık sorununuz varsa asansörü problem. Check-in yaparken bize odadaki çayların ikram olduğunu ve bir tur çaylar bitince yenilenen her çay için 15 cent ücret aldıklarını söylediler. İlk defa odaya konan çaydan para alındığını duydum. Ama asıl konaklamamızı mahveden bu olmadı. Bir akşam otele geldiğimizde resepsiyondaki sandalyelerde oturuyorduk, bir kadın gelip yanında bardaklar olan su sebilinden matarasını doldurmak istedi. Resepsiyondaki görevli bu sebilden sadece bardakla içildiğini isterse kahvaltı alnındaki sebilden doldurabileceğini söyledi ve gidip bizzat kendisi matarayı doldurup kadına verdi. Ertesi akşam otele döndüğümüzde bahsi geçen sebilden mataramı doldurmayı düşündüm, resepsiyonda farklı bir çalışan vardı. Bir önceki gün şahit olduğum duruma rağmen bir sorayım dedim bana gözünü bilgisayardan ayırmadan kaba bir şekilde hayır dedi. Kabalığı karşısında şok olup kalakaldım ki arkasından daha kötüsü geldi “odanızda minibar var” yani iki gündür kaldığım odada minibar olduğunu gören gözlerim var şükürler olsun, tutumunu çok yersiz buldum ama bir tane çayın hesabını yapan otelin suyun hesabını yapması da tuhaf değil tabi. Ayrıca odalar da çok küçük valizimizi açıp adım bile atamıyorduk.

The only good thing was the location Where should i start? Very small rooms, very old , dingy, smell awful in the hallway, 1 person elevator, and on top of all this not helpful and very judgey and rude individual at the reception .and it's not in good value!! We literally found a better place with lower price on the same street

The location is excellent and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious (though a bit repetitive). The room was clean, the Wi-Fi worked well, and there was air conditioning and hot water, so I have no complaints about that. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. We had a double room with one king size bed, although I would have preferred it to have two single beds. Also if you want to book a taxi with the hotel, be sure to do that in advance and not in the day of the flight. The elevator is super small.

The layout was terrible and there wasn’t a good place to put your suitcase because the room was so small. The air-conditioning could have worked better.

clean, nice friendly staff, overall a pleasant atmosphere I am pretty easy going but, trust me, the noise was bordering on absurd. the doors to all the rooms were the main problem. They slammed so violently that the noise would wake you up 4-5 times a night. walls were drywalls, no acoustic insulation whatsoever, I could hear the conversations in the next room. the night was a disaster but guys, the doors slamming was beyond bearable and thais with wearing noise suppression headsets in a an attempt to get some sleep.

Amazing location walking distance to nearly all the big spots to see in Rome! I did not need a taxi to get anywhere except maybe the train station which the hotel can call you a taxi for. It’s small and quiet even being so close to tourist areas which is very nice.

Otel Fellini Roma'da 4 gece konakladık. Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde, turistik noktalara 10-15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor. Bu yönüyle şehri gezmek çok rahattı. Personel genel olarak güler yüzlü ve çok yardımseverdi; özellikle resepsiyondaki Danilo ve Mike’a ilgilerinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltısı ise güne başlamak için gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Otel adına tek olumsuz deneyimimiz oda tercihiyle ilgili oldu. Suite oda rezerve etmemize rağmen, bize verilen oda fiyat , performans açısından beklentimize göre biraz küçük ve bakımsız geldi. Bu konuya dikkat edilirse tesis çok daha memnuniyet verici olabilir. Genel olarak teşekkür ederiz.

The app that I booked through did not give the hotel my email so I did not have the information to get in or the code it was a terrible process to get into the room.

Elevator is too small, only one person, but personally nothing to bother about considering all the good stuff

Location and a lift It was good

It was convenient to an area we desired. We found it difficult to control the heat air unit.

The room was clean and in an excellent location. The staff was very friendly.

5 min walk to Trevi fountain and surrounded by good restaurants and shopping. We were on the 5th floor that had an outside patio seating area. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Their airport transfer arrangement for 60€ was great. Bed was a bit too firm for my wife and I, but that’s just a preference thing. Property was good.
