The room was "ok" clean but the bathroom had some mold. The AC, water quality and security was great. The bed was very uncomfortable - it was like sleeping on wood rails. The staff has no interest in helping. One word answers and fainted interest in helping. Pictures on the website didn't reflect true nature.

Location was amazing, few steps to historical places like the Fountain of Travi and Pantheon Location, Safe, Clean,
-
Location Room was dingy, 2 stars at best. Shower dangerous, room musty, dark needs upgrading
-
Room in need of decoration, not as the advertised photos.
-
The location It was TINY! It was SO LOUD! We had NO AIR even after asking!! It was very dated and OLD stained carpet
-
Location and elevator access. A bit hot, the AC was not working

The only positive aspect was the location. It was close to most of the tourist attractions. We had 2 rooms. One was decent, but the furniture very old. But, the other one was like a cave. It was located down a hallway where there were no other rooms. It was very cold, creepy, and old. The room had in AC that didn;t work and we asked for another room. Initially they said that they will provide another room, but instead they fixed the AC which worked only for 1-2 hours. The walls are very thin and you cand hear absolutley everything from the hallway + other rooms. We wouldn't recommend and also we will not come back.

The bed and pillow could be more comfortable.

The heating in the room couldn't be controlled. It was too hot and the air conditioning didn't work. I've stayed at the Petris several times and it's getting worse every time. The bathroom and hallways are full of mold. The pillows leave a lot to be desired. They're hard and thin.

Location and clean The room is extremely small and definitely not 14 m² as advertised. Once I placed my luggage on the floor, there was no space left to walk in the room (the bathroom, however, was a good size and not small). There is also constant noise coming from the heating/air-conditioning system, which makes it difficult to rest. What made the experience much worse was what happened at night. The reception staff were polite, and at reception I was informed that the reception closes at 9:30 PM and that I would need to use another entrance afterward, which was fine. However, it was not explained that I needed to place my key card in a box to unlock that door. This important detail was never mentioned, and I was expected to somehow already know how the system works. When I returned late at night, the secondary door was closed and I had no idea how to open it. I spent time asking people around the hotel for help. I then called the number displayed on the main door, but the person who answered did not speak English. Eventually, the door was opened for me. It was a very stressful situation and turned into a terrible night. Better communication and clearer instructions at check-in would have completely avoided this experience.

In the morning you hear everything from the rooms near to you. The rooms are so cold and there is not enough blankets

The location and the inside garden The room was nothing like the one on the photo. It was old, the bathroom was not ok as well. It was clean tough
-

Nothing. The room was dirty , it smelled like food , the smell made me so nauseous , I almost vomited I couldn’t sleep in the room because I found a black insect crawling under my pillow I actually left the room and stayed at hotel titrone which was much nicer and clean
