Sleep in Rome Ludovisi

The owner was amazing and very helpful with tips about the city. Location was great! If you need good wifi though this is not the place for you, if you are here to vacation and no worries about Wifi this is defintley the place, it is great place and great price Wifi could have been better and unfortunatley we needed it for my son to take exams while there, but we just went and found a cafe and reliable wifi, it worked out just fine.

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was easy to get to the main tourist attractions and public transportation. Danilo was very kind, helpful, and responsive. He gave us great recommendations on places to visit and explained the best transportation options, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations, and we had a pleasant stay.

Communication with the owner was great and he was so helpful once we arrived, offering suggestions to eat and visit. Room was huge with all necessary amenities. Wis we had booked longer with him. Great location too Nothing , except some stairs to the main door so pack smart

Our landlord, Danilo, was outstanding!! Helped us with transportation from the airport and to the cruise ship. Our luggage was lost at the airport for 3 days, and he made multiple phone calls to help us locate and then retrieve it. Large room with large bathroom. No breakfast included but a very nice coffee bar located next door. Residence has a little elevator which was a convenience.

Wi-fi was typical of old buildings with thick walls, but adequate for our stay.

host is very nice, spacious bathroom, nice location with private surroundings - you can access to nearest metro station and bus stop

The lighting

Danilo is very helpful to us. He gave us a lot of tips how to get around and advice where to eat. He even gave us a list of what to do in rome. The location is very accessible and to all the tourist attractions like trevi fountain, Spanish steps. Highly recommended.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect! Three separate bedrooms, four(!) bathrooms and kitchen! And very hospitable and friendly owner Danilo! During the checkin shows on a map a lot of interesting places in Rome. Not very strong WiFi signal in the distant room.

The room and bathroom were huge. Well equipped. The shared kitchen was really convenient as well. Everything was pristine. The host was lovely and really helpful. We also loved the location. Really convenient. Nothing.

The bedrooms in the apartment are spacious and very comfortable. However, the dining room is very small compared to the other rooms and not very cosy... We didn't use it much, because there was no pleasure in being in it. And the equipment is very limited in terms of cuttlery. Difficult to imagine cooking in there... Hopefully, we were in Rome to visit, so it didn't matter that much. The dining room, as stated above. The shower equipment are very diverse and some of the shower equipments definitely need change : the pipe flow is very poor in the parents bathroom. It is better in the other bathrooms, which is why we ended using them. The door at the entrance of the apartment does not seem very safe, there is a small whole in the door. We had absolutely no valuable item, so we didn't care but it could be an issue for others. We never found out how to put the lights off in the entry hall so we ended up leaving them on all the time. Not very "green"...

Nice, clean, place. Great location. Friendly and helpful greeter. Location had plenty of restaurants in the area. Recommend Harry's Bar. Kitchen could have been better equipped. No coffee was offered as is usual in the places I stay.

The owner of the apartment Danilo turned out to be a very hospitable and good person. He met us and allowed us to check in before the set time, explained and told us where we can walk, eat and what interesting things there are in the area. The apartment is large with three bathrooms The nearest attraction is the Spanish Steps, about a 10-minute walk away. Everything was excellent

We were so impressed with the property, the size of the rooms, the central location and the local recommendations from the host. The beds were very comfortable and it came with all of the amenities. We highly recommend this location to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Roomy, clean, well located.

Three ensuite bedrooms with A/C and a communal seating area/kitchen was perfect for our needs. Very convenient for visiting all the sites in Rome. Lots of restaurants nearby. Helpful owner who organised a taxi to the airport for us and very good communication. WiFi wasn’t always working (& one of us didn’t have 3G)

Each room has its on bathroom. Location great. Easy to walk to a lot of popular areas. No washer/dryer for laundry.
