Nothing special The people who were foreigners at the were not helpful. No feedback on the complaints, shower kept falling on the floor, towels were not changed, you had to ask them for clean ones. TV not working properly, Room was not the same as in pic.

Our main problem was getting into the hotel. The phones were not answered and the hotel door was closed until someone accidentally tried to enter the building and we entered. The receptionist was deliberately not answering the phones. But after we solved this problem, everything else was fine.

Joy was very helpful and welcoming. Easy checkin and checkout processes, and no problems at all. The rooms were very clean and simple. The entrance and going up to the 4th floor is kind of sketchy. But as soon as you enter the hotel lobby, it was fine. Location not exactly in the city centre, but walkable distance away.
