Very convenient location and great people and helpful ❤️ We absolutely ? like everything

The location is close to the spaniah steps. The owner is a nice man The apartment isn’t accessible at all, it has alot of stairs and the elevator doesn’t open at the first floor. We had 2 strollers, one infant and one child,, it was very hard to set up the stairs every time we want to get on or out of the apartment , it wasn’t mentioned at all… Crib for the baby wasn’t provided by free. The furniture is old, the sofa is torn. The mirror is not clean, the bed is peeling. I have ordered a place with a city view, but we got a place with a view to the inner block. After checking out there is no place to leave the luggages the internet connection is very bad.

Affordable price with an amazing host. The room is so cozy and it has a living room as well. The room comes with air condition and 2 big window for fresh air during the day. The area is very safe at day and night. We explored Rome and get back after midnight but the street is bright. The host is so helpful and he supports us from the day we came. With this price, it is a big win.

I should have stayed longer

It was a spacious bedroom clean and comfortable bed. The little kitchenette had everything what you need. The location is fantastic. My stay was great so thank you. I’ll be back if I ever return to Rome again!

Windows did not insulate any noise from street

This hotel is in an ideal location, with a charming café just across the street and a convenient supermarket nearby. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great tips and information about the city. The bed was a bit firm, and the pillow could have been softer.

Location, decoration, great host Despite the new windows, it was a little noisy at night but it is the city and it didn’t stop us sleeping.

Excellent Location. The host Loris was amazing and very helpful. I was in constant touch with him before my arrival, he helped me with all queries. Highly recommend this place. An electric water kettle would have been a good option, secondly additional power sockets/ extension cords near to the bed.

Being able to make our own breakfast. Very delightful and interesting furniture and decor. Location. so close to the Borghese Gardens and walking distance (even though the hill seemed steep) of nearly everything in Roma Antika WE enjoyed all the nearby restaurants, park walk and best gelati in Rome. We appreciated everything.

Good coffee shop across the street. If the elevator/lift was working!

Location, comfort I dont understanf why you call something BNB Bad and Breakfast without BREAKFAST
