Close to metro, walkable to Termini, clean, friendly. This not a negative, but be aware this is an old fashioned hotel with smaller rooms. As for one away from the street.

There is no elevator, and the property feels quite old overall. The room doors, electricity system, and even the safe all use very old-style keys, so you have to carry multiple keys at all times. The main hotel entrance is opened using a code written on a small piece of paper, which is easy to lose. There is also no fridge or kettle in the rooms. In addition, the cleaning could be improved. However, the hotel itself feels safe and the location is very good.

Really great value for money. Exceptional if travelling on a budget No elevator for luggage. Need to climb 2 flights of stairs with suitcases.

There were no elevators to get you to the second floor where the office is. No elevators to get up to your room except for some back secret ones and when we tried to take them down, we got trapped in an area that you couldn’t exit. There needs to be more signs with directions on where to go to check in and what staircases or elevators to use.

Very kind personnel, big and clean room. The location was not very safe, but we knew that already when we made the reservation.

Helpful staff. Clean and quiet room. Close to Rome Termani Would have liked hotter water for our shower. It might be a good idea to have a coffee machine and fridge available either in the rooms or in the communal kitchen A power point close to the bed would be handy

Did what it said on the tin. Cheap hotel which was good value for money. No AC - had to pay extra for this.

Behaviour of the staff, location, allowed early check-in. Bathtub in the bathroom. The bathroom door lock was not working, There was no balcony. The only window opens in a common terrace, you will find people walking around, so you can't always keep it open. It was a bit hot during the day and the AC was not working (they asked for 5 euro to turn it on), which was not very amusing.

There is no elevator. If you are travelling with heavy luggage please be aware that reception and rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

The hotel room was very comfortable but only 1 hard chair was provided. All modern bathroom facilities with heated towel rack. Thank you.The nearby ancient architectural building was beautiful and open to the public. Free entry. The location was not desirable. A long walk past small traders and police attending on both days. We did feel safe walking, but don't recommend walking alone.

The room was really spacious (we had a room for 3), also spacious and comfortable bathroom. The hotel is at a very good location, close to the Metro station (about 5 min. walk) although at night perhaps it doesn't feel very safe due to homeless, drunk, etc people that gather around. There was no elevator ,only stairs. Also there was no refrigerator in the room.
