Great place, very clean and well kept. Sabino was awesome.

The location is very convenient, right next to the train station. Many major attractions are nearby, and almost everything can be reached on foot or by metro. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Rome is quite expensive—at this price, you can find much better value in many other places. ?

The host Sabino was very friendly and helpful

We didn't have any previous experience staying in a hostel. We picked up this one for a one-night stay near the Termini before heading back home. It's not a hotel per say, but it served the purpose for us. It was clean and quiet, with private bathroom and shower. The host was great explaining things to us. Not easy to find. Don't look for any external signs with the name, just look at the building numbers to find the right door.

The place is clean and located near Roma Termini station. The owner lives in the same property and he is friendly. Tea and instant coffee are provided at the property.

All was clean and organized. Safe, clean, large bed, host gave us naps and explained where food, sightseeing popular places, and how to get to metro. Our host cleaned the bathroom each day plus he watched our luggage yesterday while we went to Coliseum tour. He did that for 5 euros.

I really liked this place. The location is amazing—right in central Rome—so we were able to walk everywhere easily. The room itself was beautiful, with charming vintage vibes, and the building and neighborhood were both lovely. We booked this very last minute, and I really appreciated that the place was still available when most others were fully booked. The only downside is that the room doors open directly onto a common corridor. Sometimes you can hear other guests checking in or out, or the host speaking with people, which can make the space feel a bit less private.

perfect when a location near Termini Station is needed. Hosts live in the same Palazzo, so nearby if needed. Highly recomended. nothing

The location is perfect for getting around to key sites. Very close to Roma Termini train station (and bus to airport). Very close to Vittorio Emanuele metro station. Host is very friendly. Likes to joke. He gave us a map (and there were several, in case we needed a spare) showing where we were, and he explained which metro stations we would be using and how often the trains came by and how long it would probably take us to get to places. The refrigerator kept our food fresh that needed refrigeration. Good bathroom and shower. Fan kept us cool enough that we didn't need to use the air conditioning. The bed is upstairs (climb a ladder, come downstairs by backing down), and you can't stand up much upstairs, as the ceiling is about 4 to 4½ feet high, but the price and location made it worth this minor inconvenience. If I go to Rome again, I want to stay at this place.

Near all attractions. Easy transportation. Window has no screens, attract bugs.

Clean room, friendly host, great location near metro, buses and 1 stop from Termini. Firm beds which was good. Fridge in room was great. No tea/coffee maker in all rooms as advertised, so the presumption was it was an upmarket guesthouse , whereas there was a kettle you could use in the corridor. very different from what we expected, and so not worth the 555 euros for 4 nights we paid for the Easter weekend. There were Tea bags etc in a cupboard in the corridor and cups. Breakfast was not an option when I booked. Walls are thin so can hear next room guests. Lift was not working at looks a the time, it is on 2nd floor which meant 4 flights of stairs to climb. Fine for us as we are fairly fit. Found it difficult to get main lights to work sometimes. 2 switches as you enter room and found that one of them turned on the Fan air conditioner . It was not labelled as such and given it is 8 euros to use air conditioning, could be costly for an occupant.

Great location for walking into the centre of Rome. Restaurants and Cafes nearby. Host- Sambino- was friendly and helpful. Pictures of rooms accurate.

The room is very traditional. It was clean and tidy. It was fine for laying your head on a night. Our room had lots of loose floor tiles to negotiate around.

The host was super kind and helpful. Very close to the facility, there were more very good cafés for breakfast. Good restaurants for lunch/dinner. You can reach by walk more tourist sights. Termini station was also close. The room was quiet.

Sabino was wvery nice, gave a lot iof information about the city and area once we checked in. Cozy room and environment. The neighborhood was not my favorate. A bit load beacause of some c9nstruction in neighbouring buildings.
