Staff. Friendliest staff ever!! Once you go in the building it’s really good. Outside looks sketchy. But lots of good restaurants around. Oldest gelato place Fassi a block away. Double beds. Twin beds together not very comfortable! Very tiny shower!

Room was spacious and elevator and door locks worked well. The bathroom seemed like it might've had issues with mold, the air vents in the ceiling were extremely dusty, the bathroom caused the room to smell like rotten eggs, and the shower could not keep a consistent temperature.

Great location, near Termini. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Good choice for a one or two night stay and easy access to the Termini train station. Had all the basics...no frills hotel room at an affordable price.

    There was no breakfast served.

Reasonable value. The neighborhood feels less safe than it probably is.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, but you do get free coffee and tea. The room was great, very good pillows a big bathroom with wheelchair accessibility. The location was not the best, I am talking about the surroundings, which look somewhat dangerous, but it is very close to the metro and bus station, as well as the Colosseum. Overall, it's just an unappealing area outside.

Our room is on the ground floor and the street were the hotel is located are very scared, so we do not sleep comfortable.

    Location was sketchy.

Friendly staff, close to Termini, very clean Though it’s close to Termini, hotel area is a bit slum. So if you are travelling by foot or you are a single female I can guarantee that you won’t like this place.

Checking was fast. It has plenty hot water. The reception was very helpful.they have a working towel hot rack. The area was slightly bad specially coming down from the termini station.we didn’t have a kettle in the room to make tea.

The interior of the property was nice and well maintained The air in the room was stuffy. I did not like the location with the area being not so safe. Also the fact that there is NO STAFF during the night. One of the staff members, Camilla, was rude, obnoxious and borderline racist - commenting on me and my friend’s names which are Indian names as we are of Indian origin. She had no right Whatsoever to comment on our names. Also knowing we were staying for one night in Rome, Camilla took nearly 20 mins in explaining the process of our room access and the security system of the hotel. She probably thought she was being funny and hospitable but it came across otherwise.

Amazing and friendly staff, really helpful tips on what to see. Clean and tidy, noisy area but the rooms are nice and quiet.

We arrived at 8 a.m., checked in immediately, and didn't have to wait until the check-in time. If you don't have early check-in, you can't enter the hotel or leave your luggage until check-in time

Location and room was good We didn't get kettle in the room itself. For the family travel with kids from other countries, may need Kettle for hot water.
