Good price and close to the train station! Responsive host!! A bit hard to find

I thought it was closer to Termini.

Great value! Amazing location. Staff was really easy to communicate with. Easy check in and check out (but be sure to have a working smart phone with data access so you can unlock the door!) Comfy bed. A nice extra bonus that they had some yogurt, milk, bottles water and juice for breakfast. Excellent place in Rome! Internet wasn’t amazingly fast but it was adequate - not that I needed to be online much! The room is small, but it’s exactly as the photos show, so there were no surprises. For Rome, it’s a GREAT place!

Host answers in timely matter and it has a lot to offer! The bed was a bit hard but it was ok!

Just a quick walk from the station

The staff was very friendly. They accomodated an early check-in and allowed us to leave our luggages in a closet room after the check-out as we had a late evening flight. There was a coffee machine, tea and some sweets and yoghurts for breakfast in the common room that we appreciated. The brown room that we stayed in has a confortable size and was clean. The location is very close to the Termini station and an easy walking distance to main attractions, like 30 mins to Colloseum. The room had an outdated and worn feel. The kettle was full of scale and I tried my best to wash it in the bathroom sink as I like to have a warm tea in the morning and evening. The neighborhood is kind of rough, with many people living on the streets.

I wish an outlet were a little closer to the bed so I could charge my phone more easily while in bed, but that’s the only downside I can think of. I could hear some neighbors’ voices, but luckily no one was too loud or disturbing.

The hosts were super friendly. They had a coffee ready when we asked if we could leave the luggage before our check in time. Location was great. I liked it all.

The environment. I felt insecure in the zone. And they turned off the heating during the night and i felt cold.

We loved the room itself. It was clean, comfortable and had great AC. They have a common area with things like filtered water, cold juice, milk, a coffee machine, yogurt and pastries all included. You could also purchase other items like beer and wine, etc. The included items are such a great convenience! Remember to bring your city room tax in cash. The employees were all very helpful and communicative. The property is a 10 minute walk to the main train station! Just an FYI surrounding area doesn’t give a great first impression but we felt totally safe walking around. We were even able to drop our laundry off a block away to get done while we went sightseeing. I would stay here again. Thank you! No complaints!

Room seemed very tired and could use a refresh. Bathroom smelled pretty bad, had to keep the bathroom door shut. I arrived late from the train station around 10:30pm- I felt very uncomfortable and did not feel safe walking the 12 minute walk alone to this location even as an experienced solo female traveler. Walking back to the train in the morning in day light was better, but still not the best.

Lovely characterful B&B. The checking in procedure seemed a bit daunting but worked perfectly. Our room, the Black room, was large and quiet and comfortable- although if you like to sleep with the windows open, be warned, there are mosquitoes. Having a simple self service breakfast is great. And there is an honesty bar too. I had read that the area is a bit rough, but we didn’t find that. It is 5 minutes from the Termini station- which has a great little supermarket- Tigre. And there are good restaurants in every direction- Italian, Indian, Sri Lankan and Chinese. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Handy for the station but WALK to get other local transit A lift to the top floor but no step free access to the bathroom or, once in the bathroom, to get in to the shower. It is only possible to stay at this property if you have access to Wifi. Check in was a nightmare as the link did not open at first. When it did it did not allow me to declare being a UK citizen in taking details for registration, offering only EU citizens the choice. The host responded to my questions promptly, before my Iphone ran out of battery charge
