Happy Rome

The bed was good It was really dirty, we couldn't even touch the walls by how dirty they were and the bathroom smelled bad

I liked how the property had a good view from the room and bathroom inside the room. One thing I didn’t liked was not being able to use the cold water. For some reason the shower was a bit hard to turn on and cold water wouldn’t come out, but other than that well kept bathroom.

Paying for towels

Even if we specified the check in time during booking, they made us wait for an hour on the gate. We tried to call them, but the phone number wasn't working. An hour and half later,the owner reached us on Whatsapp. At that time we already left the place, and looking for other options. He then sent us a video showing how to check in. He also asks additional money for taxes,towels. Couldn't imagine staying in a hostel with our towels. It was a terrible experience!

Way too expensive. Bed is a sofa bed. Door to room is a sliding door that doesn't close completely or lock from inside. Appartment smells of cigarette. Sink was clogged.

Location and price Black mold in the bathroom. The room was not clean. The room had a weird smell.

If you are looking for a room for 1 night is great. Close to Roma termini . We booked this room because of the early morning flight. Bathroom and room very used. Not very clean . Dump in the bathroom. Don't book if you have kids. Area not very nice too. It's better to pay a bit extra and choose something nicer.

We had to arrive earlier than planned and the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
