The location is great, and the administrator named Rolly helped us with many things — thank you to him. We were disappointed with this hotel. We stayed for 6 nights, and apart from the air conditioner, nothing in the room heated the space. We had to sleep in a cold bed and ended up getting sick. There was no hot water for 3 out of the 5 days. There was no kettle in the room, and the price was set as if it were a proper hotel, but in reality it turned out to be more like a hostel. Overall, our expectations were completely different. We kindly request compensation for a certain amount, as the hostel did not meet our expectations and the reality was nothing like the photos.

This is a boutique-style hotel located on a single floor within a larger building. Because there was no visible signage or hotel frontage, it was a bit difficult to find at first. Arriving in a new place without speaking the local language added to the initial challenge, and it felt somewhat intimidating. However, once we located the entrance, the experience inside was welcoming and comfortable - worth the effort to find! Our host, Rolly, was very kind to organise an early morning taxi for us - since we could not access the local taxi app. We were very grateful for his understanding and gentleness in sorting us out. Around the corner from restaurants with great food. Across the road to Supermarket for supplies if you are staying a few days 20 min walk to Rome Termini station and Bus Station.

Common room could use AC to keep it cool.

Pros: Excellent central location – everything you need is within walking distance. Coffee machine and water dispenser on the floor – nice to have a cup of coffee or fresh water at any time. Coded locks on the entrance and room doors create a sense of security – unauthorized persons cannot enter the building easily. The housekeeping staff member was friendly, responded promptly to requests, and maintained the room well. Cons: Poor sound insulation – we could hear neighbors opening their doors and corridor noise. Critical Security Issue (attached the screen, read the chat!): While we had already paid in full (for two nights) and had been in the hotel for over five hours, a message appeared in the Booking.com chat !from the hotel! —claiming an “error” with our reservation and demanding that we re-enter our card details under threat of cancellation. The link led to a phishing form: on the hotel’s Wi-Fi my laptop didn’t flag it as dangerous, but when I switched to mobile data it was immediately identified as a scam. It appears either the hotel’s network is unsecured or a guest has hacked the router to target visitors. Anyone entering their card data there risks having their funds stolen or their card blocked. Because of this serious breach of security, I must give the lowest rating—1 out of 10—and urge management to strengthen guest network protection and ensure all communications via the official Booking.com chat are genuine.

The hotel didn’t give us the code, only after we called the police at midnight . We called them many times and the kind local people helped us to contact them, but they still didn’t answer that day. They are really arrogant. Due to their behavior, we couldn’t finish our trip and have to order another hotel to stay.

The accessibility was great, the beds were comfortable, the space in the room was great! The only little issue was the shower, it was a bit clogged, so while showering it would pool at your feet....

Clean, spacious room and friendly staff. Self check-in. The apartments are part of a block with several buildings but it was easy to find it, is quiet (for the rooms that look in the courtyard), you feel safe and you feel you are like a local. The neighborhood has a nice cafe and restaurant. The location is not that close to walk to the center and maybe not the cleanest area. But there is a metro station with around 8 min walk.

The room was nice and quiet (inner courtyard). It was clean, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious for Italy. Had access to the kitchen as well as coffee in the morning. We used the smart TV to watch F1 which was nice! The doors of all rooms were noisy. The bed was fine but not amazing.

Nice and clean room with cold and quiete aircon. Relatively good location if you intend to visit Rome using public transportation. Very flexible and kind reception. A little noisy, the noise of the cars are quite high even with closed window. It is beside a 4 lane way with big traffic.
