Property was very comfortable, everything was great, our rooms were cleaned everyday if we asked, the owners are the nicest people ever they are always smiling and we’re helping us with everything. There was a problem and they solved it immediately. I’m very happy about my stay the hotel is close to markets and metro/bus station. I definitely recommend staying here and will stay here if I’m back to Rome again. Nothing, everything was great

All the other staff members were polite and helpful. The room was clean, but it was very small and not very practical. Considering the price, we expected much better.

Air Conditioner isn’t working properly, it’s like 15 mins to the station entrance, noisy neighborhood.

The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and we especially appreciated their fl

Good location The room was in the basement and beside of a bathroom that sometimes smells bad. But in general, the staff cleaned fast.

The bed and the pillows were really good. It's not on the main street, nor the restaurants one, so it's not noisy. Close to the Manzoni metro station, and when coming from it to the hotel, there's the Castore supermarket. You can walk to the Termini, it's close enough.

Location, cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff.

The price is fair, the personnel are nice. But the location, I was shocked by the neighbourhood. The room smells humidity, probably the winter season but it was very uncofortable.

The concierge was lovely and very helpful.

The personal at the reception are very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We did a one night stay, before leaving Rome. It meet our needs to keep within budget. Clean, comfortable no elevator. A 6 min walk from bus and 10 min walk from metro. No elevator
-
A perfect stay for one night if you need a central location and to be close to Roma Termini. The area feels unsafe.

Nothing They gave me a room in basement, too loud and too small. When I ask for the change he said economy rooms are like this, how should I know an economy room is in a basement!! I cound not even stay for an hour then I moved to another hotel. This hotel is waste of money!

The location was amazing the staff were so kind and helpful rooms were very clean we loved it
-
The hotel owner was so kind and accommodating! We had to add an extra night last minute and he moved things around so we could stay in the same room!
-
Very quiet, close to transport zones and restaurants. Beds are very uncomfortable, no blankets provided. And staff was uncomfortably too familiar.

Ok, when I stepped in for the first time, I did not like the condition of the room but after a day, I realised with the location, friendly of the staff and the cost of the room, I guess it worth it. We were told 3 days, then the housekeeper changes the towels to a new set. I suggest the second day, the towels should be changed. Pls consider my suggestion.
