This is not the first time that we are staying in this property because we loved it but the last one was terrible. No A/C remote control. Broken bathroom door and only one power outlet for charging our phones the others were not working.

The location was very close to the train station and relatively close to the main attractions. The employees were friendly and beds were comfortable enough. The bathrooms were not very clean and there is no elevator in case you are coming with a heavy luggage.

Location is convenient to Roma Termini Stazione. The cleanliness, decent view (out window), appealing decor, easy access yet very secure, friendly staff, baggage storage, quiet, etc., were all very pleasing. The space is super tight every where except the bed which we found very comfortable. The TV was a tad small as well, though we didn't spend much time in our room since it was ROME! ;-)
