The hotel is located relatively close to the central station but if you walk in the evening - it's a specific area, a lot of graffiti, a bit deserted. The staff was very friendly and kind. The entrance of the hotel is very nice. Breakfast is fine but could be more warm food. The room looked a bit old. The shower was leaking so water was on the floor, the toilet lid needs to be held down otherwise it closes. The towels smelled like fish, I thought they weren't washed and asked to change but it was the same with new ones. The ceiling light is poor, and the bedside is like a spotlight shining right into your face.

Raul the receptionist said the most offensive things (“I am entitled to regard you as unfit and throw you to the streets”). All the other staff are super nice. I was forced to take a room (in another block from the reception desk) that I didn’t book - the room is double booked. The room smells bad. LOCATION IS ALSO BAD, it might look close on map, but it’s 20 min walk to the entrance of station. WIFI DOES NOT WORK outside of lobby.
